I didn't know Charlie Kirk personally, but yesterday when I got the news about him being shot, and yesterday when I got the news also about his murder and his death as a result of being shot, I felt that space and that gap in the realm of the spirit. I felt that he was no longer here. And one of the things I sat back and watched yesterday was Christians And how they were reacting and responding to the death of someone else who was also a Christian and who was a part of the body of Christ. Now, whether you agree with him, whether you liked him, whether you agreed with his political stances and all of that stuff does not matter at all. What mattered is he is a A man who stood for the truth in Christ Jesus, and he told everyone the truth whether they wanted to hear it or not. That's what matters. And yesterday, he was not in the right place at the wrong time. He was on assignment doing what God had called him to do when this happened. So if you find it in your heart because you disagree with someone because you don't like their political stance, or because you don't like the truth that they shared, and because you don't agree with how he says certain things or whatever— if you see that as a reason to be mean, hateful, spew your hate on the internet, or if you're also a Christian and you're using this situation to increase your YouTube channel, to increase your follower count And it's not because God is the one that is leading you. This is wickedness. And I know that we like to think about wickedness in the sense of being the world who can be wicked. But if you are calling yourself a Christian, this is wickedness. A lot of us need to be praying for God to deliver us from cowardice behavior. You guys get upset when people tell you the truth. You get upset when people tell You get upset when people tell you to come out of agreement with things that are not of God. You get upset when people tell you to live according to how the scriptures say we should live. The church gets upset too. Look at how we respond to the truth over here in the church. We don't want nobody to tell us to flee our idols. We don't want nobody to tell us to live how the scriptures say we should live. That's right. We don't want nobody to tell us to come out of that sinful lifestyle, even as a Christian. So what this needs to be is a warning and a check to say, you know what, I am responding and I am reacting exactly how the world reacts. Someone tell me the truth about my sin, someone tell me to flee from idolatry, someone tell me to get healed, get delivered, and this is how you can be healed and delivered, and I got an attitude. That spirit rises up in me every time somebody confronts me with the truth. Look at how you are responding in this hour, because you might see that you're responding just like the world, and that means that your relationship with God ain't all of what you think it is. And I am not afraid, and I will not apologize for saying that, because some of us are responding just like the world that we say we don't like. That we say we love the Lord, but look at how you're responding. There's no evidence and no fruit that you do love him because look at how you responded. So I'm asking God to call everyone in the body of Christ to right now take an inspection with the help of the Holy Spirit. Have an inspection on your relationship with the Lord and your heart. And its condition, because you need it. It is very important right now more than ever. If you are a coward and you struggle with cowardice behavior, you need to lay hands on your heart and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the root of this cowardice behavior. Maybe it was that you were molested. Maybe it's all these things as to the reason why you don't have a spine. Why you don't have a backbone, because you're gonna need it to endure until the end. You're not going to be able to last and endure until the end if you are struggling with being a coward. I'm telling y'all, and I'm warning you right now to make yourself ready, be prepared, seek the Lord while you still can, and ask him to help you. Yes, it's uncomfortable telling people the truth when it's necessary. Yes, it's uncomfortable showing up and being present and, and walking people through scriptures and all these other things. Yes, that requires a lot, but the Holy Spirit gives us the help that we need. He is the helper, and I'm telling you, repent. I love y'all with the love of Christ. But we really need to be checking our hearts, for real.
