God won't bend to your expectations of how He should work. When David faced Goliath, nobody expected a shepherd boy to win, yet God chose him anyway. You miss blessings when you judge how God uses people instead of preparing yourself and trusting the Holy Spirit.

Some of us are missing out on opportunities, blessings, and open doors because it's not coming packaged how we would prefer for it to be packaged. Don't you think that people preferred that the person who defeated Goliath was already a part of the army? That was already out there trying to defeat Goliath. But no, David, this man who had been trained and prepared by God, defeated him with ease. Wonder what that's about? In the same passage, as David was going back and forth between the field and bringing his brothers supplies and all the things, he literally is being told, and they're questioning him, about why he's out there, because he's not supposed to be out there because he don't look like them and he ain't got all the things that they got. And I'm trying to tell you, we're missing out on opportunities, on blessings, on breakthrough, on all these things because it's not coming packaged how we would prefer. And God is very serious about helping us understand that he does not service self. He's always in the best interest of the body of Christ as a whole, not our preferences, not what we would Prefer, not how we think it should look, but God's overall will, what he decides to do in the earth. And the thing is, if we would spend more time being focused on making ourselves ready for the work that God wants to do through us, we wouldn't be sitting here arguing with people about how they should look and how they should sound as God is using them. And I'm telling you, God does not obey and serve your preferences. He only responds to— Your will. He only honors his own word. He is not gonna bow down to your preferences and what you think it should look like. And just because it doesn't look like something that you're used to don't mean that it's not God. And this is why having the Holy Spirit and having the gift of discerning of spirits is very important. God bless you.
