Euro banknotes vary in size unlike U.S. dollars, so a dedicated European wallet works better. Each country's coins feature national symbols and are worth collecting. Cash is still the main payment method across Europe for everyday purchases.

Happy Friday, everybody! Hope you had a great week. I had so much fun last night. I drove several hours, but it was totally worth it to my son's partner's graduation from NYU slash acceptance into her PhD program in California, and it was so much fun. And I'm a little tired today, but I have a great suggestion for you. So if you like travel tips, and if you like horses, and if you Like to combine both, then subscribe. Follow me because I have some great tips and tricks for you. So I was just going through some stuff, and I came across my European wallet. Now what does that mean? So if you're like me and you like to travel and you go to Europe a lot, as you know, the euro is all through the European Community, the EU. So Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, etc., etc. Not the UK. The UK is not part of it. The UK has their British pound. But, um, I always have some euro left over, and they have the euro coins, the 2 euro coins. And right now the dollar is really, really in favor for us, um, so the euro is not that strong. It's not quite 1 to 1, but Close. So I just brought back some euro from Italy and I'm going to Germany in July, so I have a special wallet for my euro, not just to keep the money separately, but the euro bills are a different size. So this is my European wallet. As you can see, it's, you know, wider because the bills are wider. This is a €50 bill. It's hard to tell on You know, the screen, but it is wider, and they're different sizes though. So this is the 20 euro bill, and then this is the 10 euro bill, which is a little smaller. So unlike the U.S. dollar, the European bills, the euro bills, are different sizes and different colors. And as we all know, cash is king, right? And in Europe, cash is definitely used more widely than it is in America. So I always have some euro left over. Because when I get to Germany, usually Germany is my first point of entry. I go and get a Brezel, eine Butterbrezel, and usually all I need is a euro or a euro twenty. And I think I have twenty cents in here. Yeah, no, fifty cents. So similar coin. And what's really fun about the coins is you can see what country. Whoops! Just dropped it. So what's really fun is you can actually see what country the coins originated in. So not the bills. The bills are all euro. So this one, it's a 50 cent coin, and you probably won't be able to see it, but it's Spain, España. And even though I was in Italy, right? This one is the Brandenburg Tor, Germany. It's also a 50 cent coin. This one is—I don't know where this one is from, but it's definitely from another different country. So it's really fun. This one is definitely Germany with the Adler. So, and I think I've had these from before actually. So it's really fun to see everything kind of, you know, go around. This one is Italy. So this one is from Italy and actually where I was. So it's really fun to see the different euro. This one is also from Spain. It's a 5-cent coin. So it's really fun to see the different coins, how they circulate all around Europe. So for your traveling friends, if they travel a lot to Europe, it's great to buy them a wallet in Europe because you can get a wallet that actually fits the euro. So just a little tip. And yeah, if you like tips like this, like horses, and Because I talk about both horses, then follow me for more.
