Sarah Archer breaks down three ways founders sabotage themselves without realizing it. The first is context: the environmental and situational factors that shape how you see things, often without you knowing they're doing it.
What are the inner dynamics that you see that tend to sabotage founders most?
I categorize them in 3 buckets. Starts with context, which is all the things that, you know, influence you from your environment, the things that are happening. Um, usually it's a, it's really like shaping the context around you. And I'll, I'll dig into that, like the environmental elements almost.
Yeah.
And then there is time. the past, the present, the future, how each one of them creates its own like prison to kind of play with you almost in a way. And the last one is really interesting, is really the observer. And then the reason I call it observer, because it's really us almost sitting in a different seat than we use and observe ourselves. Recognize, not necessarily try to fix also, just recognize a lot of the impulses, the biases, the The thoughts, a lot of the things that almost are happening on their own, which are shaping who we are, and somewhat we become hostage of them.
