There's quite a macho thing around resilience often. It's quite a hard talking about being tough, but you talk about flexibility. What does strong but flexible resilience actually look like? Coming back to the phrase, head down, keep going. Now there's a point there that we don't keep going. The first Channel swim attempt when I was caught in a current for 2 hours, it was pointless. Head down, keep going. It was going to be detrimental to me medically. It wasn't good. There are some times in our life that we've got to work out, is it head down, keep going, or do I need to stop? Not because I'm weak, because I'm strategic, because I'm sensible, because I'm forward playing this and I need to stop now. I need to come out of this situation. I need to reevaluate. I need to maybe skill up a little bit more, and then I go back in to give it another go.
