Scott Duffy shows how to set a custom message that your Clone sends when it can't answer a question. Open Clone Studio, go to Integrate, find Message on no Answer, and paste your text there.
So what happens when your clone cannot answer a question? I'll show you how to set up an automated response to answer those folks. From the overview page in the Clone Studio, head over to the Integrate tab and then scroll down to Message on no Answer. And then plug in your message right inside of this box.
