Hello, my name is Sita Thompson. I'm the founder of Sita Couture. And this mastermind has been absolutely phenomenal. I actually wasn't going to come because I was too busy running my business and I thought, wow, I can't take the time out because I have to go produce clothes for all my women, all my properties. Well, that was one of the big takeaways for me is that actually we have to take time for ourselves. That has to be our first and our number one thing actually, before we're going to go create and distribute and ship. So that was a big takeaway. Working with, well, I say I was working with Dana. I feel like I was working with Dana, the former coach of the Yankees. Just to be able to sit in the room and hear his direction and just really hear his experiences and his journey. Training champions and making us all realize that we're all champions and we have to train like one, that was so huge.
What did we have? From fit to fat. Drew Manning was another one that was really nailing and bringing home the stage self care, which I'm a huge advocate of self care and that's a big part of my business. But what was so interesting for me to really realize as I was here was how much I actually wasn't self caring in many ways. So that was very big for me. On top of that, just being in a room with some of the most brilliant forward thinkers of our time and our business in the business world was very exciting and inspirational. All my cells just feel alive and ready to just jump into the world with a new pool of fantastic friends. So would I recommend this mastermind? Most definitely I would recommend it. Am I a part of it? Yes, I am. And I look forward to seeing you at the next one.
