Hi, my name is Scott Duffy, and today I want to talk to you about the biggest mistake that entrepreneurs make when launching their new business product or service. I mean, it's simple. It's. They try and do too many things at the same time. And I call it hammers and nails syndrome. And here's how it works. Let's say I give you one hammer and I give you one nail, and your job is simple. All you have to do is, is take that hammer and drive that nail into a piece of wood. Like, you really need to nail that one business, that one product, that one service. Now, you may miss the first time, you may miss the second, but eventually, my bet is you're gonna nail it. So let's say I give you two hammers, and I give you two nails. You already have a problem. Who's gonna hold the nails right? Now, at the same time, you're gonna try and strike, and you'll probably miss the first. The second fact, you may never get it right. But now I give you three hammers, and I give you three nails. You see, that's the problem. Entrepreneurs try and do too many things at one time when launching their new business, product or service. So my message to you today is simple. Focus on one thing. One hammer, one nail, do it well, do it insanely great, and then move on to the next. And if you do that, I assure you, you're going to build something that's very successful, that you'll be proud of. For more, check us out@scottduffy.com have a great day.
