Hey, you guys, it's Scott Duffy. You know, people always come up to me and they ask, you know, what are the one or two, three most important things that I need to do in order to help me break through to the next level? And I always say it boils down to three simple things. The first is this vision. We have got to get clear on where we are today and where it is that we want to go. That's number one. Number two is focus. Instead of trying to do everything, let's focus on one thing. Really nail that one thing and then move on to the next. Now, how do we determine what's next? That's simple. Instead of trying to guess or decide on our own, let's go out and talk to our paying customers and ask them what it is that they want, and let's build for that. And then finally, we got to surround ourselves with the right people. People that are willing to not hold us down, but they want to pull us up. Remember, you are nothing more than the average of the five people that you spend your time with. Nothing more, nothing less. If you don't believe me, do this one simple exercise. Write down a list of all the five people you spend the most time with. And next to each name, write down what you think they earn. Add all that up and divide by five, and guess what? That is exactly what you earn. Now, that's just dollars and cents. You can apply that lesson to every area of your business. People who are fit hang around fit people. People who are not fit hang around those kind of people. Right? So what we want to do around your business is find the people that are going to pull you up and take you where you want to go and where you need to be. So three things. We're going to focus on vision. Focus on doing one thing. Focus. And then finally putting the right people around us so we can take your life and your business to the next level.
