The readiness gap is really this idea that where technology should enable us to be and where leadership is expecting us to be and where kind of our future is going so quickly, that's not what employees are experiencing, right? There's this tension between like where we should be, could be, want to be, and where we are right now. And there's all these risks that are impacting our ability to get there. And those risks and that kind of distance between where we want to be and where we are going in the future and where we currently are, and the infrastructure that we have to enable us to get there is, is that readiness gap that we're talking about.
