I think that we are not curious enough. We think that, oh, maybe I shouldn't ask this, maybe I shouldn't ask that, maybe I shouldn't. And there are definitely some questions that we shouldn't ask. However, being curious can get us to places that perhaps we would never have gotten to.
So, interesting that you talk about that, asking questions and being able to ask those, say, hard questions, those challenging questions. But if you're coming from a point of curiosity and the other individual genuinely knows you're asking a question that's coming from a point of curiosity, not challenge, then that opens up all different kinds of opportunities. On the programs, we work around engagement principles, conventions, if you want, to actually create that, um, that safe and open environment that where leaders can genuinely work with each other. And that's around being open, being positive where possible, being engaged. Just give yourself the time, invest in yourself.
