I'm really enjoying the EQI training. Scott is a great facilitator. Not only does he get the messages across in a very clear and concise way, you actually have fun, enjoy it, and it's really interesting at the same time, which for me helps me to learn. We've practiced a lot during the 2 days, and again, that practice for me is great because it fits in with my learning style. So to actually practice what you know is the theory is much better than just learning the theory. I would recommend both Scott as a facilitator and also the EQI certification training to, obviously, my colleagues colleagues within Harrogate Council, but also other people who I work with across both South Yorkshire region and other regions too. So it's been a great experience for me, I've really enjoyed it.
