Leadership Development Coaching With A Difference

Around about a year ago, I realized some of my leadership team required some further management training as we were leading up towards quite a large acquisition within the business. I did a quick Google search and quickly came across Summit Training. From reading into their website, reading some testimonials and reviews, I reached out to Scott Watson, and I must say I was immediately impressed. Scott took my call the same day. We had a real good chat, we delved into my pain points and what looked good to me and what I was hoping to try and achieve for my leadership team. Scott understood the remit, he wrote a proposal to myself very, very swiftly, which was more than agreeable, and we got to work. I introduced Scott to the team that required the training and everything from start to finish has been exceptional. I've seen a huge change in the management team that worked with Scott. I felt his communication throughout was first class. The team were really receptive and extremely complimentary. And also I felt that it wasn't overly invasive. It didn't really affect our working day. I felt I was really comfortable allowing the team to work with Scott Watson during working hours without it actually really affecting any day-to-day operations. Where are we now? It's the start of 2026. My team are higher, and they've got more, a better skill set. They are more empowered, and they do genuinely feel a benefit. And not only that, the staff members that they manage have all fed back to managers and to myself directly that they've seen a massive, massive difference in management style. And with that, has it helped them to be more empowered and to upscale in their own roles. So So to finish, I'd just like to say that I highly recommend Summit.
