But you know, we do these every Monday for you guys to tap in, ask questions, you know, share as we go through some maybe deal flow, help you with marketing. The biggest goal I can tell you for this is, it's, this is every Monday for the most part. We'll miss it as it's travel and things pop up. But it's to help you guys take your business to the next level. And you really have to look at your business and ask yourself a question. Am I growing or am staying still or am I receding? Now, there are two wrong answers to that guy. If you're staying still, you're actually receding. If you're not, if you're doing less than you were doing six months ago or a year ago, that's not a good thing. Now, of course, everybody has different goals. So what say Don does maybe different from Larry. What Laura does is different from Veronica or Jessica.
Okay?
Only you can be honest with yourself, all right? Are you growing? Are you receding? Are you staying still? And in this world, you've got to be constantly growing. You've got to be doing things to get better. You're going to have peaks and valleys. Everybody has peaks and valleys. So it's not going to be a constantly. I suffer peaks and valleys. I have great months and then I have slower months, all right? Or I have months where I'm like, I run out of motivation just like everybody else does. But the biggest goal, I can tell you that, and everybody that I know is successful. Anybody that's been successful is run into those peaks and valleys. What ultimately happens as you keep Growing and building those bricks brick by brick by brick by brick is that the valleys far eventually exceed your peaks from the past. You might have a slow month, but that slow month may be better than it was ever has been for you in the past. All right, and I ask this of each and everyone on here. What are you doing to grow yourself, to take your business to the next level? Now, if you've been through our three day workshop, we give you a lot of stuff to do to market. Everybody's different, everybody's got a little bit different niche. And of course, if you're balancing that real estate investor mind that you're doing on the side with a full time job, you know you've got to work, you gotta put 40, 50 hours a weekend or you're something else. You do, that's totally fine. Your numbers are gonna be different than somebody's a full time real estate investor. But I, I wanted to go through today's topic with you guys is asking you, really giving you a survey. And this is something you have to look at for yourself. So if you, if you pull out a pen and paper, you're going to want to take some notes on this stuff. And really this is not to make anybody feel bad, all right? This is something just to look at where you're at and see if what kind of grade you'd give yourself. And this is something that we basically have done when we had our masterminds. We give everybody but go through this little short survey to see what's going on. And I think you'll enjoy this. This is something that I do on a pretty regular basis. I did this in May, in the month of May, in June, with our videos. I gave myself a 30 day video challenge to look at where we're going, what kind of growth we had, what kind of email, stuff like that. So it's, you'll always want to be looking at your numbers, your matrixes. Because here's the thing, to grow more, to find more deals, you've got to make more contacts with asset managers, right? To raise more capital, you've got to be marketing for money, marketing your business, all right? Adding people to your database that are potential investors or other investors that can be added into your database who ultimately become a buyer, a seller or a funding source, even deal source way for you, all right? But if you're not doing, if you're not putting any energy into your list, growing your marketing, you're not growing, you're. Eventually other people are going to. Anybody that does a little bit More than you is going to beat you. And you don't have to do a lot because most people don't do anything. I'll give you a great example. I'm always blown away at how little people do. So, like, I'm part of this. I, I like Under Armour shoes. I like underarm clothes, stuff like that. Just being a big guy and being outside with a ski. I like the dry fit shirts. I like dry fit clothes. You know what I mean? And so I especially like the Under Armour shoes that I wear. I've got big feet and when I walk a lot, I like their trainers. It's one of the most comfortable pair of shoes for me. And they've got this app called Map My Run. It's a free app.
Okay.
And they send out all sorts of challenges. They've been doing this. I've been doing this for, I think it's four months now, since May, and I've completed a couple. Every time you complete a challenge, they give you like a coupon for 10 or 20 bucks off in the store. And like, I just completed another challenge. It was basically worked out four times for four weeks. Four times a week for four weeks straight. Okay, well, I completed that. You know, I hit 7, 16, or 17 workouts in 18 days. You know, I take, I don't take. I take it like a day off every two weeks for the most part. But it's, it's little stuff. It doesn't have to be anything big. It's like walking three miles, walking a 5k, putting in, you know, walking, running at 5k, basically four times a week is not that big. It is big for some people. It was big for me a year ago. I wasn't, you know, walking a 5k every day. But I'm up to the point where I built up to it. But anyway, so there's this one challenge they have that I joined. Like, I saw it and I said, well, I'll join it. It was like May 1 or June 1, June or July 1 when I got my most recent order in. And I've been going on for a few months. It's, you know, a thousand twenty three kilometers. They want you to walk or run a thousand twenty three kilometers in the year. Right? And I've got this other race. I'm doing this longer, but anyways, I go, okay. And so I'm joining. It's free to join it on the Under Armour app. I'm going through it. I, you know, I map my walk in the morning. That maps it. Upload a Photo and then it actually shows you how you're ranked compared to us. Well, there's like 200,000 plus people on this app and in this race. Okay. And when I started off, I was like way at the bottom, right? I'm like, oh, that year's halfway over. My goal is like, I could try to get this done by the end of the year. I think I had to do, I think I had to like walk 3km a day basically from the beginning and I'd be okay. I had to basically walk like a three mile walk every day to get to complete this by the year. And even though, because I'm starting behind the eight ball, right? Well, as I'm adding miles to it, netting brick by brick, I start going up the chart. And today I, I exceeded the 40 mark. Like I've completed 400 kilometers on this one race. Well, now that 400 kilometers, I'm still way, I still got a long way to go, but it put me in the top 25% of everybody out there. And I'm like, wait a second. So they've had the numbers that have joined this app hasn't grown dramatically in the last three months. It's still roughly. If I'm in the top 25% at 50,000, that tells you how many people are roughly out there. About over 200,000 people are on this challenge, but I'm in the top 25%, only completing 40% now. Some people have complete that already. You know, they're running a marathon and I'm like, I'm not doing that. My whole goal is just to complete that race by the year end. If I do a little bit each day, one brick a day, I'll complete it. Right? But I was talking to stuff about it. People get all gung ho about it. They start off fast, but then something knocks them off their horse or knocks them off their, you know, groove and they beat up themselves and they never get back in the race. They never get back in, you know, back in line to compete their long term goal. It's common, happens every January 2nd. You know, nobody goes January 1st because that's National Hangover Day, but they go to second to the gyms. And we want to complete big things, but we, we don't. We let other things just distract us from taking action, from sending emails, from posting things. I'll get around to it later. Look, real estate investing is not difficult. Honestly, it can be if you don't know what the hell you're doing. But everybody that's on this or is probably watching. This is probably educated, is probably in the top 5% of educated people out there. But where you rank as far as an action taker, I don't know, it's probably not in the top 50%. For, for some of you, for some of you, you're in the top 5%. Because honestly roughly about 5% that go through classes, take a class, actually do something, let that sink in. 5 to 10%. We educators hope that 10 of people will take action, but honestly the average is about 5%. People love to take classes, learn something, but the follow through isn't anybody about the teacher, the educator or the guru, whatever like that. It's all about the individual. All right. And one of the things when we would teach a lot of live classes is when we gave the, the Rolodex or it's not the rollers, but the list of everybody showed up every Sunday. We could always tell who was going to be successful by those that sent one email blast out to the list, at least within 48 hours. That was always the. That person. Oh, that one, two people. There's your action takers. You know, those are people that are probably gonna see with a long term. Those are the ones that are doing stuff on a regular basis that we would follow.
Okay.
And so over the years we said, well, let's look at. Because whether you like it or not, I see what you're doing or not doing. I see if you like my posts or like somebody's posts. But if I don't see you posting anything, that's not really helping your business along in some sort of fashion. So I'm going to share this with you. This is something we, we usually do pretty regularly. I haven't done it in a while here. And this is called our social media survey.
Okay.
And let me open it up here. This, it might be a little out there. I haven't used it in a while, but it's, I mean I use the concepts a lot of times with folks. But the social media survey is what you're going to want to take notes on. So here's the thing. We're not going to go back six months. We just want to look at a rolling 30 days. We go back to July 15th and start looking at some numbers. So if you got a pen and paper, some take note notes that look at what you've done in the last 30 days. How many Facebook posts have you posted about your business or about what you're working on? Now this can also be personal because people love the personal Side, they love the building, the reports. I like Larry, he'll post like if he's going to a concert. Or you've been posting recently about getting your beach body workout or wearing a 25 pound vest and kicking your ass, right? Or that you went to, you went to a concert the other night and they screwed up on your tickets, okay? Or you had the best steak. You shared a little bit personal, but you also share business about like, hey, here's some offers, I made some offers on. People love that mixture, okay? If it's all about business, business, business, it's not going to be as fun. But if you just look at how many times you have posted something about you, your business, not sharing somebody else's post, not liking somebody else's post, but posted something out there. So look at that. If you've got a Bigger Pockets account, how many times have you posted an article or something on Bigger Pockets? Okay, how many times you posted a LinkedIn? Same thing. Article, newsletter, video. These all count as any type of content that you're sharing.
Okay?
Same thing on Instagram, Twitter or X as they call that now, Pinterest for the ladies. You know, guys can post there too, but it's predominantly a woman focused platform, which is great, great way to raise capital. YouTube, Vimeo, podcast, I mean videos are you posting, you know, that kind of post are you doing as well. And then if you look at Facebook Lives or LinkedIn Live or even Instagram, to me, those can kind of go in with the other stuff on here. So anytime you're posting a video, an image, something talking about you or your business, you want to look at this number in the last 30 days.
Okay?
Now also, then take it to the next level. How many times, how many events have you attended your local RIA club meeting or a meetup meeting in the last month? Do you host a meeting yourself in person or online? I know, Larry, I think you started hosting a real club meeting, a meetup meeting in your local area, which is awesome. Okay, here's the big thing. Email notes. Email to your note database, okay? With an ES email service provider, not esp, but sending an email out via keep or eye contact or benchmark or whatever it might be.
Okay?
HubSpot. All right, these all have some value. And send an email out to your asset manager database. Now if you've recently attended our workshop, this is some of the things that we talked about doing that you need to start doing the week after you leave the class, right? If you write any blogs, you use chat GPT to Help you write anything. Doing a short little like lunch and learn or webinar to your database or deal flow. These are really, really popular. These do really, really well for raising capital. Do you have a website? To me, you don't even have a website or a landing page where people can find out more information about you.
Okay.
And face. While Facebook isn't as attractive, do you have a Facebook business page? Yes or no? Not a personal profile, which is great, but you also have a business page. There's some things you can do with that. Okay, so these are things you're going to ask. And then of course you want to look at how many LinkedIn connections do you have? And are you at zero to 500, 500, a thousand, 1,000 to 5,000 or 5,000 plus? Okay, and how are you growing that? Are you growing that with Octopus CRM? Are you connecting with people on an individual basis? You can't really on the thing is you used to be able to export your LinkedIn connections and a lot of times it would be a great email database to have. They don't really allow that anymore. If you can still export your email, your database, but it's not going to give you a lot of emails on there.
Okay.
So what you want to do is not tally that. But literally if you go back to these things and put post the number in there.
Okay.
If you may want to do a screenshot. And so here's the thing. When you go through and add these things on your spreadsheet or piece of paper, you're writing stuff down, they have a point total.
Okay?
So let's figure out your, your point total.
Okay?
So if you are, your Facebook counts, Your Facebook post counts for five points. Or if you're not posting anything, you lose five points. Okay, but they're usually worth one point. Okay, Same thing. Your social media, for the most part, if you're sharing there, they're gonna be worth at least one point. If you're not sharing on a platform, it's minus five points.
Okay.
If you're doing anything like live video, that's gonna be worth five points, okay. I'm talking about you sharing specifically, not your. Some of you are part of some companies like, like Laura. I'm not talking about what you and Katherine share. I'm actually talking about what you share because you're also a real estate investor.
Okay.
And John and Veronica, since you're a husband and wife, you kind of count together.
Okay.
And I know it may be new for you, but basically it's 1 point for a post, it's negative 5. If you're not posting on a platform and any type of video is going to be worth five points. Okay, we go to the next thing. If you've attended a real club meeting or meetup group, it's worth five points. If you host a real club meeting, it's worth 25 points. Why is this? Because going is great, but if you host it, you're obviously connecting with more people because you're the host. So it's worth five times the amount people come into network with you. So it's, you're a. It's a valuable list there. If you're sending an email out to your database, your contact database through a CRM, if you don't have an ES email service provider, it's like minus five points. But if you send an email to your database, your warm market, your warm investor database, your warm contacts, that's worth 25 points. Send an email blast to asset managers, bank asset managers, like we talked before, that's worth 25 points. So you guys have negative points right now, okay? And you're in the negative. You're not growing. All right? If you're written a blog or a chat GPT article, something like that, that's worth 10. If you did a webinar to your database, it's 25 points. Do you have a website for your business that's worth 20 points. Do you have a Facebook page? Business page is worth 20 points.
Okay.
If you go. And same thing here. If you go to your social. One more thing. How many LinkedIn connections do you have? If you have zero to 500. Zero points. 500 to a thousand is worth five. 1,000 to 5,000 is ten. 5,000 plus is 20 points. Don't forget. Don't worry about this last part. If you export your connections and emailed.
Okay, all right.
And let's see how you score. So if you tally all this stuff up, if you have a negative score, which some of you do, you're not even in the game. You want to being a game, but you're just, you're really just a passerby. You're just sitting on the sidelines watching everybody else do it. And I don't know why you're not sharing what you're doing or sharing more about the deal flow. I mean, you could literally go on there and share case studies one a day across these different platforms. It doesn't, we're not talking multiple piece of content. You can share one content across all these things and be sitting really Pretty.
Okay.
All right. So good. So if you've got 0 to 30, thank you for having a pulse, but you're still failing.
Okay.
You're at least doing one thing per day, like the bare minimum. Okay. 30 to 60. You're starting a daily habit, and you kind of have a D. All right, you're right. You're. You're. You're not quite getting there. It's one to two things per day. Your business is an afterthought for you.
Okay?
You got 60 to 69. Now you're starting to get a score. You're D. Okay, Veronica, thank you for sharing. You got a 67, which is great. You. And you're just getting going, which is beautiful. Okay, so you're able to take that D with a little bit of extra activity and really turn it into an A.
Okay.
70 to 79, you get a C. 80 to 89, you get a B. You're making some moves. But then an A is 90 plus. Okay. And that's like three posts per day. You could take the same post and share it to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The same exact post. 30 posts, but it's on three different platforms. It's different than posting just once. The Facebook. The reason we talk about posting these in other platforms is because not everybody's going to see your posts. Like, Facebook is like 1% of your database. Okay. LinkedIn might be 5%. You've got to share it and put these different lines in the waters to help you get the word out what you're doing. If you're just sharing one article on one spot, that's great. But it's not giving you the results that you need to have. And that's why you want to really kind of cross market. And yeah, some people are going to see. Some people you're connected on Instagram and Facebook may see the same post. That's okay. But rarely do they do. When I like, I follow. I've got a pretty good network online, right? I rarely see the same post across the same chat network unless I go looking for, like, Melanie Benson, who's a friend of mine. She's a coach, entrepreneur coach, known for a couple years, fellow podcaster. And she shares these little videos and she does it like on Facebook and Instagram, but she doesn't do it on LinkedIn. She has different posts and some people share different things at her platforms. That's great. I just want to keep it simple for you. Share the same thing across three platforms and you'll get an A. And if you do it on a consistent basis for 30 days, you'll start seeing a lot more activity. Okay? And that's what I'm trying to get at, ladies and gentlemen, is you got to build momentum a little bit each day, all right? A little bit each day. Some of you are not sharing anything. Some of you are like, hey, great post, that's great. But that doesn't, that's. You commenting on somebody else's post does not help you. You sharing a post and saying, hey, check this out, that would be something. Okay? But I'm not here to badger any of you. I just literally want to take you. The little bit extra you do each day goes a long way if you're just consistent with it. Somebody wonder why you're having a hard time closing deals and make and raising capital is because you're not marketing your business at all. You're dead in the water. Your, your business is rotting. Your money and energy that you're doing, putting into it, which is not much at all, is struggling.
Okay?
And if you, those that put forth effort are the ones that are raising capital, they're the one closing deals, they're the one making the amount of money. And this is not anything difficult. This is the beautiful thing that I love about note investing is those that people that are spending thousands of dollars each month on direct mail to find deals or to raise, try to raise capital. You all can do this from just social media side of taking some time and not cost you anything. Maybe it's a canva membership for a few bucks a month. Okay, Maybe you're using Zoom to record videos or talk about cases. It's just retweaking your mind to realize that I need to spend a half hour a day or an hour a day on marketing my business. Because if I wait till the very end of the day to market, then I'm not going to do it because I'm tired, I'm lazy at this point, or I'm worn out, I don't want to do it. If you put a little bit of energy in each each day, it'll go a long way. And those little things that you can put into your schedule is like you working out each day. It's like you completing that workout every morning. You put that money in that workout bank. You put that money in the marketing bank for your business. And that marketing it works throughout the day so that you now have eight hours of prime time from 9:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00 clock at night, 12 hours at marketing working for people to see it. Well, if you wait till the end of the day to post something, not many people are going to see it and it's gonna get bogged down by people posting the next day. This is all making sense, ladies and gentlemen. I mean, this is stuff that you could apply to your full time. Whatever your full time gig is. All right, if that's something like Linda, you're a realtor. You know, you could be using the same stuff to target clients, target buyers, sellers, and stuff like that. Okay. Like, if you look at like David Polio just sent a list out of like 20 notes with equity, you could literally take each one of those properties, pull a picture of it, and post it across three platforms. Say, hey, I'm working on a deal. Check out this deal with equity that I'm working on. Boom, boom, boom. We've done that many a time. It's not hard. Or do a map of it and then share the individual offers. I mean, that's what Larry has learned from me. And it's what works on a regular basis. It's always great. Like Larry, Cal and a few others. It's always great to see my students that get solicited for them to do marketing for other people. All right, like, I know Larry, you've been approached. Have somebody. Oh, yeah. I love your marketing. Cal Ewing had that. I love you. Oh, I love your marketing. Jessica had that. Few others love marketing. And I'm like, I. I laugh because I know the person that's approached you guys on doing that. You shared that. I'm like, if they would just. And they've been students of mine. I know. I'm like, if you just do what I tell you to do, this is not difficult, but they just won't do it. And that's why they're not having the success. They're not closing them out of deals. They're not finding the number of deals for their platform. And that's the thing. If, like Paper Stack and JKP holdings and Deb Expert and others out there started sharing deals every day that their deal of the day, like Valsettier did with Watermark. That's what made Watermark Exchange so successful back when we helped launch it with Valsetries. He did a deal today, went out to his email database. That's what makes Polio so successful too, with what he does. He doesn't have a lot a big social media platform, but he's sharing stuff on a regular basis. So his people bring him deals, know that he's got an email database that's the same thing. People come to you because they know your deals, you know you're a note investor, they know that you're a real estate investor, you know that they are looking for deals. It's getting the word out to the network, to the world of what you're doing. And that's really what it comes all down. If, if you were to look at your last 30 days of content or 30 days of activities, would the world know that you're in business? Would the world know that you're in business? Okay, like, like one of my biggest, my, one of my big lead gens is my podcast. Okay? So no closer show and no Night in America. And tonight, no Night in America. You definitely want to tune in because we're going through what we covered in a lot in our class in Austin about finding asset man or not asset manager, finding IRA investors and what to say to them, what not to say, what to market. We got a whole presentation night on that. But like, I didn't do, I was looking, I surprised I didn't do a single podcast episode for the month of July. That's not like me, okay? I should have been doubling down on it and done more, but I did, I took. Basically we were working in the class and I was tired and worn out. Especially after the class, I was like, I don't want to do anything. I'm worn out. And this last week I was like, I gotta get back on that track again. I gotta, I gotta start ramping up in my downloads, which we average about 15 to 20,000 downloads per month, had dipped to below 10. But that's still 10,000 people listening to stuff that we pre recorded. And that's the great thing about your social media. Most of the time, ladies and gentlemen, it's literally seeds you're planning for people to see. They may not see it now, but they may see it in the future just because of it sitting out there. So I, I think I uploaded three. Three episodes. Four episodes. Three on the Note Close show. A fourth episode of Note Night America from last week, right? Boom. Immediately our downloads go from below 10,000 to over 15,000 in the last 30 days. And most of that's just been in the last week. I'm like, okay, people are listening. I got to keep creating content. I got to keep sharing there. Now, I'm not telling you go out to a podcast because everybody has something different in time and maybe you're not comfortable, that's totally fine. But I'm just simply saying if you're not sharing People are going to go somewhere else to get their content. That's where people did. But they will come back if you just keep sharing on a regular basis. Hey, here's a deal that I'm working on. Here's a deal that I'm working on. Here's a screenshot. This is not rocket science. You all are very capable people to make things happen. And all of you should be doing this for your own platform. One of the things that made me successful when I was working for Bob Leonetti and I was coaching with Lee Arnold and stuff back early on in my investing career is that I would market deals. I would go in and as a coach for these guys. But I treated what we went through and what we worked with as ways for me to market myself. Yes, we did. You know, like we did a testimonial video for the coaching. But as we found deals, I would target, I would market. Hey, we're working on this deal case for a student of mine. Here's what we're looking at. And that content, it. It worked twofold. It helped promote their coach, but it also helped promote me and build content. So that when I went out my own later on, I already had this network of people that were following me and has helped me be successful. Moving notes. I started doing short little videos about the notes that I was working on and talking breaking down the deal flow and the due diligence on a whiteboard, what we see. So I'm just sharing this, guys, because it's. It's heavy on my heart. I know that when I hit a lull in content or other things too, I know everybody else does, but you can easily just ramp it back up. You can put that foot back down the gas pedal. You can drop it in overdrive. You turn a car on, rev that engine up and get rock and rolling. And that's what so important about what's going on right now, especially as we move into the fourth quarter. We got another month, actually a month and a half right now. We said about 45 days till October 1. Okay, 45 days till October 1. And then the fourth quarter kicks in, I guarantee you'll see a lot of stuff. You can't wait till then to start marketing, start sharing stuff right now. Like, I'll give you a great. If you look at Michael Jimenez from Exchange Loans, a buddy of mine, you see that they're sharing stuff on a regular day and he's busy. He's so slammed right now evaluating commercial properties and commercial notes like that, but they have. They're literally every day trying to share something valuable. Mike Haas at crediq, the big commercial note default tracking software that we've had on Note Night America in the past before, same thing. They're sharing articles, sharing content they're learning on a regular basis to the network and it's leading to business form. You all are capable of doing the same things. You don't need to hire a million dollar marketing agency. You just got to spend a little time to post stuff, articles, deals. You're working on street views. This is not anything difficult. And you can automate a lot of this stuff if you don't have time through like restream or repurpose IO or just going through like hootsuite or buffer.com and it's going to be stagnant information that you can just share with a post and a link. Okay, but that's what I want to discuss with you guys today. I just wanted to share that you guys are all capable of being a plus, all hitting out of the park. I don't care what age you are. I'm talking about Don, John, John, Larry, Laura, Linda, Veronica, Catherine, Lorelei, Mark, Lorelai. You should probably have a pretty higher score too, because of your tick tocks and stuff like that. Mark, Linda, Laura, everybody on here can do amazing things and can really ramp your business to the next level. If you just put in a little bit of work each day. A little bit of work, a little bit of marketing to start your day off, that will take your business to the next level. But you've got to do this. You can't wait around. Dude, I know we get in a habit. Oh, I'm tired, I'm asleep in. I'm not going to go to the gym. You got to realize your marketing every day is your business. Working out, putting in a little bit of effort. Each day I. A little bit goes a long way. A little bit goes a long way. And I challenge you to do that each day, everybody.
Okay?
And there's plenty of case study examples in the manual. There's a lot of stuff there for you to take a look at. Look, I know everybody on here. You guys have a network that's different for me. People are going to be more attracted to you than they would me in a lot of different cases. And that's okay. We have different networks. But use your network, leverage it. Start sharing what you're doing and you'll find success. And maybe it's not notes, maybe it's fixing flips, maybe it's being a Realtor. You just got to start doing something, because if you're not doing anything, you got to have that hard look in the mirror. What did I do today to get my business along okay? And some days it's like I'm just going to record a podcast episode and knock it out, get it uploaded, and I don't feel like doing anything else, but at least I got something done. All right, if you need some help with that, feel free. Book a call with me, talk with Scott Carson dot com. I'm glad to answer any questions. I'm glad to give you some advice, counsel on what you can post or tweak some things. That's what I'm here for, ladies and gentlemen. I want you to find success. All right, Plenty of deals for me. There's also plenty of deals for you all out there as well, if you just will take a little bit of time and effort to make some things happen. All right, everybody, Anybody got any questions, comments, concerns that they're working through? Any questions they want to ask before we let you go here on this Monday, you're welcome. All right, everybody. Well, hey, have a great Monday. Have a great week. We'll see some of you guys throughout the week on coaching calls, but go out, take some action, and we'll see at the top.
Bye.
