Get educated and entertained by someone who has closed thousands of deals and lives to support you in achieving the same. Now here's your host CEO of We Close Notes, Scott Carson. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening everybody. Welcome to this episode of the Note Closure Show. As always, I'm Scott Carson. Super Scott here for you guys. Great weekend of it being our virtual note buying workshop. But more importantly, we have the amazing Ingrid from Quest Trust Co. Join us. Excited to have you here, Ingrid. What's going on?
Not much. Just here planning some end of year. So a lot of there's some important deadlines that come at the end of the year. So kind of preparing for that. A lot of clients decide to open accounts towards the end of the year. Lots of pretty much important deadlines and updates we have to provide for you guys right now.
So sure, I imagine so. Because there's always the gotta love the end of the year count evaluation forms, the asset evaluation forms, everybody sending it. Right. I guess that's probably the first one, right Ingrid?
Yeah. So you have the end of the year, December 31 and then April 15, tax selling deadline are busiest times. And the others, certain forms. Like whenever you have an asset with your retirement account, if it's a real estate note, asset, private entity, you'll have to submit the fair market value of that asset, telling us what that asset is worth, what the value of that asset is. And that has to be submitted by the end of the year to the custodian as well. So the custodian can report that information over to the irs. So that's one of the things that is pretty important. A lot of people don't think it's that important to submit the fair market value. Don't really understand why we need it. That's a requirement from the IRS for us to be able to determine that value of the asset.
So yeah. And you can download the forms directly from a website. It's a pretty easy thing. I know the last week of the year I'm always in the office working on those. Pretty simple. I got my staff ready to rock and roll. Teaching them a little bit how to do because it's pretty simple, one page form. Probably the most challenging if you're a note investor, if you got a non performing note in your portfolio to evaluate, getting a third party to evaluate that because it's really not worth the full value of the loan or the upb, but it's worth something. But figuring out that what it is. And that's still not too difficult to have a third party put that together. But pretty easy to email it into you guys, right? And then you guys submit to the irs.
Yeah. We actually just today launched the fair market values directly through the client portal. So now you no longer really need to send a form. You can just go to the client portal. So much easier. You're going to love this. But you log into the client portal, you click on the investments tab, you'll be able to see all the investments for the account update. FMV is what you'll select to up the different market value. You're. You're even able to attach to any supporting documentation like tax assessment or anything like that directly through the portal.
That is freaking awesome. Is that the first announcement here on the note closure show new tool on the portal. Now that's awesome. Now is that for you just the account holder? If I'm the investor or basically have the deal, am I able to log in and submit that on behalf of our clients or our partners or. No.
So that would be for the account holder. Unless you're a limited power of attorney or party for their account, then you may be able to do that.
Okay. But that's still pretty easy enough to go through. That's so freaking cool, Ingrid.
Yeah, our systems team has been working on it hard and it actually wasn't supposed to be released today and they completed it today, so that should be live. We're going to be sending some announcements for that as well.
Quest Trust, making my life even more easier.
We're trying to make it easy for our clients. So as easy as it can be with all the rest of. And everything that we're putting.
Exactly. Now, you had another deadline that I think just passed on the first, is that correct?
Yes, we have been talking about this for the last few months. That was the last month rule that applies to the health savings accounts. So for the HSAs, as long as you have a high deductible health plan or an HSA compatible health plan in place by December 1st, you're actually able to contribute for that full year. So even if you weren't covered all the past months, if you got an HSA qualifying plan by December 1st, now you're able to make a full 2018 contribution to that account. So we were waiving account opening fees and actually we're still waiving account opening fees because we know some people may have Just switched over to their high deductible health plan. So we're waiving account opening FEES for the HSAs until December 22nd. If anybody has a plan that's HSA compatible, then they can open that account. They don't have to pay the $100 account opening fee and they can start making that full year contribution in there, start getting those benefits.
That's awesome. Now I'm sure it's a pretty busy time of year as people, especially business owners, entrepreneurs, are looking at their numbers and talking with their accountants about trying to max out things, especially as we get to the end of the year. Right. And what are some of the biggest things that you see people kind of slacking on that they probably need to spend a little bit more time on?
One of the things that we touched that actually it's the fair market value of the assets. That's one of the things that some people usually tend to like ignore or maybe wait till the end of the year. We tell you just do that. It takes a few minutes. Now with a new system in place, it's pretty easy for you to provide us with that asset value. Another thing that's pretty important is for, let's say traditional IRAs or any inherited IRAs, those are actually going to be subject to required minimum distributions or RMDs. With the traditional IRAs and pre tax account. Right. You put those contributions in there, you most likely got a tax deduction. So that's a pre tax bucket of money. And the IRS says once you reach the age of 70 and a half, you actually will have to start taking requirement of distributions for that account. So it'll be based on your age and the end of year value for that account. That will give you the amount that you actually are supposed to distribute every year. And if you don't take that requirement on distribution amount out from your traditional IRA by December 31st, there's a 50% penalty for that. So you have to make sure that you're talking to your advisor. If you have any other IRAs anywhere else as well, you can actually aggregate those accounts and just take it out for one custodian. But you have to make sure you satisfy those requirements. And distribution.
Yeah, that's kind of a huge number. You don't want to get a 50% tax.
Yeah, you certainly don't. And then the inherited IRAs, even if it's a Roth IRA, once you inherited an Iraq, those are going to be subject to those requirement minimum distributions as well. So that's one of the other Things just we want to make people aware of. Because you don't want to have, like you said, that 50% penalty because you forgot to take it out, right?
Yeah, that's an important aspect of things. Keeping that in mind out there. Now, a lot of people. Let's talk about some of those amounts that people have not been contributing to their IRAs and things like that. What are the annual amounts again for putting into. Towards a Roth traditional. Things like that.
Yeah. So for a traditional and a Roth ira, for the past few years, those contributions haven't really increased. Now for 2019, it's the first time they're increasing the contribution limits for the traditional and the Roth IRA. So it goes from $5,500 that you're able to put for 2018, and then for 2019, you're actually able to put $500 extra. So you're able to put $6,000 in there. Another thing is that once you reach the age of 50, you actually are able to contribute a catch up contribution of $1,000. So it can be either $6,500 or for 2019, you're able to contribute 7,000 to those.
That's nice. I mean, it's pretty good. I mean, if you think about it, if you put 5,500, that's basically $500 a month just putting in there. You tithe to yourself or. That's not a bad way. That's the easiest way to do it. Now, I know a lot of people like to put ketchup. I know we'll be dropping it extra stuff and to get caught up here by the end of December, before April 15th for sure, because Steph and I were talking about that last night actually. But that's good. You can start off it. You can put a couple option deals or maybe use that money to buy a partial. There's a lot of different things you can do with a smaller amount and accounts as well.
So let's say if maybe you had an HSA, you can contribute to your HSA account. For the HSA, the contribution limits are going to be 3450 for single and then 6900 for family coverage HSA. So if you had maybe one of those plans, or maybe you have a Coverdell account for your kids. You have kids, obviously they're going to school, elementary, higher education. You can actually get a Coverdell education account, set that up for them, put the $2,000 per child per year into one of those accounts and use that account to, like you said, maybe even do an Option or partner with the other accounts that you may have.
Yeah. Now, is there a deadline for ESAs as well?
So those actually the traditional, the Roth, the HSA and the ESA, you're able to open and contribute to those accounts until April 15, until tax filing deadline. So even if you haven't had one set up yet, you actually have a little time for you to even open and contribute one if you wanted to make a contribution for the year 2018.
Still, that's awesome out there. That's good stuff. And for those that are listening, make sure you write those dates down. April 15th actually is on a Monday of this year, everybody. All right. End of the year lands on a Monday as well. All right. But that's the thing. You guys are waiving fees on HSAs for the end of the. Any other specials are going on for December.
We're actually through in. Since we have those specialty plans that are the HSAs and the ESAs, we are waiving account opening fees for the covered education savings accounts as well. So December 22nd, any HSA that gets open or any ESA that gets open, you don't have to pay any account opening fees. So you can open those Coverdells for your grandkids, for your kids, because anybody can actually make a contribution to a Coverdell. So it could be a good little Christmas gift there.
That is a great, great thing. Deck the halls or stuff the stockings with an esa. I see a whole image infographic there for you whether you got grandkids or kids. Right?
Yeah, we have that. And we actually. Nathan came up with this holiday bundle. So the holiday bundle includes that waiving the account opening fees for those two plants. But he also wanted to add something extra as he made it that if you open with Quest and then you transfer an asset from your current. Let's say you probably have another IRA at another self directed IRA custodian. If you were to open an account and transfer that account over to Quest, we actually will give you our Gold family plan, which is our. What we consider our VIP plan that pretty much covers all of your fees. So you'll get the free Gold Family plan for six months. And you would know you won't have to pay any Quest fees. So take advantage of that if you maybe are on the fence or we're thinking about switching IRA companies. If you want me to transfer over to quads. So you get that free Goal family plan.
That is a smart thing there. Save some money and actually get some things. Rock and roll in there. That's good stuff. One of the things too you guys have coming up, let's talk about. Cause I know you're planning, you're talking just with everybody in the office there about year end, but you also got some really exciting stuff coming up first of the year that people need to be marking their calendars for. Right, Ingrid?
Yeah. So we have our second annual online self directed IRA Bootcamp. So a lot of people are familiar with these bootcamps because we used to have them in Seattle. We had them Houston, Dallas, Austin. We had them at least once a year where we bring a lot of different guest speakers. And we were doing them just for one day. So it was like an all day crash course. We got so much great feedback from these that we decided to actually host them online last year. We had our first one last January and clients loved it. We were able to bring in more speakers because we were able to extend the dates and they didn't have to fly over to Houston or fly over to Austin to be present for it. So this year we're actually making it three days. So last year was two days. People still wanted more because it's such great information. We have CPAs, Scott Carson always participates in them. We have attorneys, different investors that specialize in different type of assets. It's a really, really, really powerful event. And that's going to be January 18, 19 and 20th. And we actually have the early Bird special. So if you get your online boot camp tickets before December 15th, you say 50% off. So it'll be $100 instead or $99 instead of the $200 fee for it.
Right. That's really valuable stuff, guys, because it's three days, it's online. Very similar to our virtual no buying workshop, our note camp. They do a great job with it bringing different speakers. You've got apartments, you got fix and flips, you got private lending, you've got turnkey people, you got me speaking on notes, you've got investing basics. You've got a pretty good all star lineup of people that are going to be speaking united for three days.
Mm, it's really great. Like I said, our clients really provide so much great feedback for that event. And the best part is you can you actually get to watch this information and this content from the comfort of your home. And we also provide you with a copy of the recording if you purchase a ticket for it. So you are able to replay it and watch it later and maybe learn some techniques that you will be able to apply to your retirement accounts.
Right. And rents again. Guys, tickets are only 199. Right. Or 198, something like that. But if you sign up before December 15th, you get 50% off. And then what's the website for that? Or is it just@questira.com for that?
Just go to Quest Trust. Yeah, so if you just go to questrust.com you'll be able to see that right there in our main page. It's going to be one of the images to the right. But also if you go to the events and then special events, you'll be able to sign up on there as well.
Good stuff on that. That's a big thing. Now, what else do you have going on? You got your normal trillion dollar mixers taking place in January Again, January is always one of the busiest months for a real estate investment club. Everybody's wanting to do something new, right, Ingrid? They're wanting to get off. They've read their rich dad, poor dad or they're motivated with a new year resolutions. Let's talk about the dates, if you've got those pulled up there for the trillion dollar mixers you've got in Dallas, Houston and Austin too, don't you?
Yes. So for Austin we have it on the fourth Tuesday of the month. So every fourth Tuesday will host a mixer here at our office.
That's the 22nd of January. Then is the trillion dollar mix. You said fourth Tuesday, right? So that's in Austin, Texas there at the offices. Tuesday, January 22nd, 6:30 to 9:30, am I right?
Yes, 6:30 to 8:39 usually.
Right. And that's a free event to go to, correct?
Free event. Yeah. So it's free event. We usually bring you guys different guest speakers come and provide education. We allow for networking. We allow for anybody who's here. Maybe you're looking to invest. Maybe you are an investor already. Maybe you can provide services. We actually allow for anybody who attends or anybody who watches online as well. You guys can come in and actually introduce yourselves in front of everybody who's watching online and anybody who's here on the class as well. So it's really great, not just for the education, but for the networking part as well. Because your network is your network, right? So we always try to incorporate networking in our events.
Exactly. It's a huge thing. It's one of the great things being out there. Rub all of those with other investors there. Expand your net worth through your network as well. There. Now look, I see Questy in the corner over there on your desk as well, huh? There you go. Now let's see here what are the dates? You've got it here for the one for our peeps that are up in Dallas and Houston. What are the dates for those? Just so they can put that on the calendar as well. That's just coming up here next week actually.
Yes. And we actually have Jeff Watson that's coming in from Ohio to speak for this event. So really great event as well. So we're expecting a lot of people to show up for that one.
Good stuff there. That's a good one.
Okay. Yeah. So for January in Houston, it's going to be January 8th.
Technically that's the second Tuesday a week away from the New Year's. Hopefully you'll all be recovering from your New Year's Day hangovers, everybody.
Oh, you should. You should have plenty of time to recover by then.
Right?
And then for Dallas is going to be on January 23rd.
January 23rd. Okay. Yeah, that's the Wednesday. That's the fourth Wednesday of January. So you've got. You're not having one this month though because of Christmas week, correct?
Correct. We canceled both the ones in Dallas and in Austin because they fell in that week. So going to be canceled for this month. But we're starting up next year with some really good trillion dollar mixers. And also we have our weekly classes in every office as well. So in Houston every Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30. That's where we started doing our classes, where we got the idea of getting bigger offices in Austin and Dallas as well. We can actually have a classroom to be able to provide that education. So these days In Houston, from 9:30 to 10:30, different classes every week. Then you have Dallas, you have them on every Wednesday. So we do lunch and learns in Dallas and Austin. So it's going to be from 12 to 1 in Dallas every Wednesday. And Austin has their classes every Thursday from 12 to 1pm as well. Our very first one for 2019 is actually going to be Quincy. Quincy's coming. He hasn't been here since the grand opening and I really wanted to bring him. I said, what better way to start the year than to have Quincy come by. He's going to be giving a class on Roth conversions.
Nice. And one thing too that we've kept on the download a little bit. Ingrid, if I communicate a couple times back and forth is the first Monday of January, we'll be doing a live no Closer show straight from Quest offices. Right, straight from the Vault.
Right from the vault, exactly.
So we live there with a Quest crew and live audience as well. So if you're in the Austin market. Come on out on the fifth there. And then we've also talked about bringing and starting a monthly Note Closers Austin based note meetup for everybody in the Austin Central Texas market too.
Yeah, so that where Scott and I are going to be planning on that for next year. So we'll definitely be sending you guys reminder emails and letting you know when those are planned.
Yeah, exactly.
We'll be having that live on the vault here in Austin.
Looking forward, we'll have refreshments. I'll bring in some coffee and orange juice.
Let's talk about notes Scott. Yeah, Scott is bringing breakfast tacos.
Tacos and notes. Tacos and trades, I think we'll call it there. We're looking forward to it.
Just one thing, I mentioned that Quincy is coming by to speak about rock conversions. I wanted to touch one thing also. There's a deadline for rock conversions here, December 31st. This is when you may want to consider converting your traditional accounts over to Roth IRAs. Because Roth IRAs are really a fantastic way to grow your retirement completely tax free and get access to that money that you have in there, the earnings and the contributions completely tax free at any time. There are a couple of requirements for that which are having that accountable for five tax years and being over the age of 59 and a half. Right. Once you have met those two requirements, everything that you have in that Roth IRA, all that money that you have invested and all the earnings will be completely tax free. And you're also able to pass on a tax free bucket to your heirs as well. The deadline is by December 31st, you'll have to have converted those funds. So maybe you have some traditional IRA funds, you can actually convert some of those funds over into a Roth ira. Would you want to do that? Because maybe now the tax brackets are going to be lower than they may be in the future. Right. So with the tax bill that actually allow for the tax brackets to be restructured. So you may not have to pay that many taxes if you convert from your traditional IRA to a Roth IRA now. So we ask you that you consult with an advisor to see maybe if you should do a conversion from your traditional IRA to a Roth IRA this year, depending on what your tax bracket will be. Another thing is that with the tax bill before, once you did a conversion, so once you went from your traditional IRA to the Roth ira, you had what was called a recharacterization, which was like a built in oops button. Right. With the tax bill, you actually can no longer recharacterize those funds. So what that meant is if Roth conversions were very popular at the beginning of the year, because if you did a conversion in January, you had all that year until tax it deadline, plus any extensions that you filed for any to be able to analyze that deal. Right. To see if it was a good deal or not. And maybe if it was a bad deal, you would be able to convert that money back into a traditional ira, try back again later next year. So as of this year, you actually can no longer recharacterize those conversions. So now that it's the end of the year, a lot of people will now wait to maybe do that conversion at the end of the year so they can figure out if they are able to pay for those taxes or if it's a good investment for them. So that's December 31st, the last time that you can actually do a conversion for 2018.
There is no income requirements to do a conversion from a traditional to a Roth. Like if you were starting a traditional Roth. Right?
Correct. There's no income requirements. So a lot of people say I can't have a Roth IRA because I have too much money. One thing that you could do is it's called the backdoor conversion. So you'll make a non deductible contribution into a traditional IRA and then you can immediately convert that over to a Roth ira, because like Scott said, there's no limits on the conversion. So you can convert whatever amount in your traditional IRA over to the Roth ira. So anybody can have a Roth ira. Really?
That is huge. Everybody think about that tax. Let's say you put five grand in, you maxed out 2018 earlier in the year. Now you could go convert it to a Roth. No income requirements on that. Just pay the taxes that are on the amount that you convert over based on your tax bracket for the year. Right, Ingrid?
Yeah. And this is also a great strategy for people to do. Let's say if you're 55, so if you haven't had a Roth IRA before you're 55, like I mentioned, the Roth IRA has that five year seasoning period is what we like to call it. So you have to have the account open for five tax years and be over the age of 59 and a half to be able to take those that money in that account tax free. So if you open a Roth IRA, even now that it's the end of the year, that actually counts as if you open your Roth IRA as of January 1st this year. But if you open and contribute, doesn't Matter if you just put $10 into it, that will start your five year clock. So it's important for those who are maybe over the age of 59 and a half and want to start taking those advantages. So maybe you're nearing the age of 59 and a half as well.
Wow. That's got to be the big money nugget right there, everybody. That's a huge, huge thing, taking a grand. And if you got money sitting in a traditional account, you can decide how much of that amount you turn over, right?
Correct. So you can always consult with your financial advisor to figure out what amount that you can convert that year to make sure it doesn't put you to a higher tax bracket. Because when you convert, there's not going to be any penalty, that penalty gets removed, but that money that you convert will be added to your income for that year.
The question for you, ingrain, little hypothetical here, basically has got five grants in their traditional IRA account. Right now. It was a rollover from a job or something like that. They take 1,000 of that and convert that to a Roth, they're gonna pay taxes on that thousand, right?
Correct.
But now they have a Roth and a traditional right now, could they then max out contributions to both before April 15th for 2018?
So the traditional and the Roth IRA, you can't put the 5500 into each. It's just total.
Okay, so total.
Yeah. So even if you have multiple traditional IRAs or traditional Roth, the 55 is the max.
Okay. So across the board. Okay. But it's still though, putting 5,500 into your Roth at that point means that money, that whole, that 6,500 is total tax free growth no matter what you invest in.
Correct.
And that's a huge thing.
And even if you think maybe I shouldn't start a Roth IRA because I'm young, I'm not nearly the age of nearing where I'm going to start taking that money out, you still may want to do it that way because you have more money to convert. So let's say if you started with an account right now, you put the $5,000 in there. Well, let's say you kept it in a traditional ira, so you started investing that account by the time that you retired. Let's say you grew that $5,000. Let's say that's the only thing that you contributed, but you started doing some creative investments. Right. You grew that account to half a million dollars. Just to give you an example, now that you have to take that money out, you're Going to have to be required to start taking that out. And you'll have to pay taxes. Right. If you do that with the Roth IRA, then you don't get a tax deduction on the $5,000. But now you have that half a million once you retire and you have a completely tax free bucket. And another thing is, like with the Roth IRAs, any contributions that you put into those accounts, you can also take out at any time, tax free and penalty free. A lot of benefits. And if you guys have been on the fence about a Roth ira, I would say go ahead and take advantage of that.
Oh, my gosh. Yes, Totally is. Now, could they start a traditional right now with that? Anybody can do a traditional. And then before December 31st, once that check clears and they could do a conversion a part of that to a Roth.
Yeah. And the conversion is really easy to do. You just fill out a Roth conversion form online, complete that electronically, and we process that conversion within 24 to 48 hours.
And you'd have a new account set up if you're opening up a new one, right?
Correct.
Oh, my gosh. What kind of fees are involved with that?
So the fees actually if you're looking at opening your traditional IRA to just make that contribution and then immediately convert that to the Roth. Normally we don't charge for the traditional ira. We have a lot of people who use this strategy. So we'll be closing that account at some point. Right. Because we're just moving it over to the roth. So just $100 account opening fee for you to establish that account.
Okay, that's good stuff there, guys. $100 to get a Roth. Well worth it. Well worth it. Especially if you're using it to put some performance. Using your money and growing it to put some partials or some performing notes in there on the growth. It's huge, guys. Also one big thing there, but most people don't know this. Note investors, if you like, buying notes in Georgia, an exception. Getting around the mortgage broker's license requirement in Georgia. To buy notes in Georgia or contract for deeds is to fund with your ira, your self directed ira.
I did not know that.
I told Nathan that this week and he did not know that either.
I'm glad I'm not the only one.
No, it's okay. Cause it's. We see different, you know, licensing things happen with state, stuff like that. So that's one of the niches of knowing out there. Let's see here. Laura Blanc, you got some fans say yay. No questies. Good morning, Kelly. Good morning. Laura out there as well. Wow, that's some great stuff. Now, question for you, Ingrid. Big plans. You get some big New Year's resolutions. Quest has some big New year's resolutions for 2019 that you guys have been talking about.
Yeah, we actually are having our marketing meeting. Usually we meet at the beginning of the year to plan out our entire schedule. So we're in the process right now of putting something together. And yeah, we're going to have very special things for you if you're a client. We're still doing some of those updates, but we're also looking at doing some more online training sessions to actually reach all of our clients who are not just in Texas. Yeah, we're looking at doing a lot of different things.
Cool. Now, do you have an ugly sweater party coming up soon as well? Too? Ugly Christmas sweater party?
Yeah, we do. So we have it. We're going to have it in Houston and we're doing it in Dallas and Austin as well. So we're replacing our. The Lunch and Learn. And we're actually doing an ugly sweater networking event. We'll have mimosas donuts. So bagels should be fun.
When is that going to be here? Obviously it's in December.
I imagine it's going to be the third Thursday.
Third Thursday. So that's going to be the 20th then here in Austin.
Yes. Good stuff.
I might be able to make that.
Yay.
Yay. Yeah.
Wear an ugly sweater.
Oh, trust me, every smart looks ugly on me. Rah. Now, question two for you. One, I think you have any. I know a lot of people look at December and they start coming up with New Year's resolutions. Guys and gals. One of the things, if you're looking to get back on track, retirement, put some things in. Ingrid's talked about a couple of ways, a couple important deadlines as well. You got anything you want to share, Ingrid? Things you're focused on for the new year? I know obviously growing the Austin office is a big thing and what's going on there, obviously. But anything big going on before the end of the year?
I mean, I do have quite a bit of plans. One of the things is that what I'm planning is teaching more classes as well, so creating some new content also for Quest. I'm also wanting to create an old Spanish section on the website to target all the Spanish speakers. I have a couple classes that I just recorded on there, giving some Spanish presentations. Also having a Spanish section on our website as well. For those who prefer reading that in.
Spanish, that is very good. I would totally agree there. Yo hablo un pequito espanol. All right. But I think that's a very important aspect of things, especially Austin. I mean, Austin, well, Texas itself and other parts of the country for sure. And one of the top five markets out there. Spanish speaking clients out there. I know when I was a banker years ago, I didn't speak much Spanish. My two years of escuela, espanol and escuela second area, I was no bn, but it came in handy using Google translator to kind of do some fun stuff with clients. And if you can embarrass yourself a little bit, they'll often speak better English than you will sometimes. But it makes them put at comfort because most people, if they're English is a second language, they may not want to speak it because they're embarrassed of butchering it. Trust me, I can butcher any second language a lot better than they can. So. But that's cool.
I think that's a huge Spanish with English sometimes. So there's some certain words that you just can't think of.
Yo hablo muy bien con mas. Cervezas, por favor.
Okay, I know what to bring you. I'll bring you some beers and then.
Good stuff out there. Well, Ingrid, I don't want to take any more of your Monday. Thank you so much for being on here. And once again, thank you guys for everything you guys have requested. You guys are part of our extended family. Over the whole staff out there is just amazing. And part of what we've done so well this year has also been because of our partnership request on things. So thank you so much for what you do.
Appreciate it. We appreciate it. And just wanted to leave a last reminder before we end, just a reminder of that holiday bundle that we have. So if you guys are opening an account or transferring, just make sure on your applications that you put the promo code request bundle.
We'll post that in the comments out there as well. Also, guys, we'll post that on the website as well for everybody@weclosemas.com under the podcast, so you can click on the links and go directly to there to take advantage of that. So thanks, Ingrid. You too. Bye. All right, guys, that's going to wrap it up for this episode of the Note Closer Show. We are jacked up. It's hard to believe that the year has flown by so fast. Take advantage of what Ingrid is talking about. Reach out to her, get those Roth conversions started. Get it taken care of. Go online and pull your account valuation updates there online. I will be sending some stuff out to our funding partners on those as well. But don't miss out. There's a lot of plenty of opportunities to get things rock and rolling. Sign up for the online boot camp that Quest Trust has again. Otherwise, guys, go out, make something happen and we'll see you all at the top. Everybody. Bye.
Sa.
