Whenever you guys are watching this, it is a just a wet kind of muggy day here in Austin, Texas. It's rain most the weekend. It's probably gonna rain a couple days here before we then have like the heat kick in and it really just become like a sauna here in Austin. But it is what it is. We will do the best we can with it. It's been a very busy week for some things. Hope you all have been rocking and rolling along. Love for you guys to share any victories, any wins that you've had along the way. You know, one of the great things that I love about Monday mornings. All right. I know a lot of people get the case of a Mondays, like, oh, I gotta go to work, I gotta do this is Monday presents a day to start the week off fresh. Right. It starts your winning ways, is why we call these Monday calls the money Mondays, because it really starts your whole momentum for the week. And no matter what you had happened last week, no matter what good or bad things happen last week, guess what, it's a new start. There's 52 weeks in the year. You got 52, roughly Monday, sometimes 53, depending on what's going on the calendar. But it's your opportunity to kick the week off. It's a fresh start as a sales guys, especially a big sales guy. For the past, our sales challenges used to always be like 30 days. You'd have 30 days, 30 days in the end of the quarter. And you always want your numbers to be strong going in the quarter. But at the end of the, at the start of the quarter, you're like, oh, what's going on? What am I doing? Because you have all this momentum into try to get things closed by the fourth quarter. And then you're starting to freshen the quarter. It always was like, oh, I gotta restart again. Well, what you have to learn is get in the habit of starting that momentum and keeping that momentum through. Like, I got a phone call Friday night from one of our guys, one of our vendors who's trying to close in a client of ours. Like, hey, we're trying. I'm like, I've been reaching out to you for a month to get this stuff taken care of, right? I've been reaching out to you for over a month to update this, and you're one to last minute. I don't really feel excited about helping you close something if you didn't do the job the first four weeks. I'll try, but if you just follow up, if you were just to follow up like you were supposed to, you'd have things rock and rolling. And that's all about momentum. And that's, you know, it can often be daunting when you sit down, especially after a busy work day. If you're working somewhere else, you're in a J, O, B, A 9 to 5 or A 5 to 9 whenever it is Whether you're working that middle shift or the morning shift, the evening shift or the side hustle shift, whatever it might be, it can be really hard to get that momentum going. Like, what am I going to sit down? What am I going to sit down and do? What am I going to talk about? What am I going to share? That's. There's nothing exciting. Look, we all run into those things, okay? But really the number one least utilized this most underutilized tool out there with entrepreneurs only, like literally a few people understand this. And when you understand this, it should change the way that you feel about things, okay? And this is not bashing anybody, but the most underutilized tool in anyone's business most of the time. Can anybody guess if we want to throw in the chat roll what they think it might be in the comment section what they think the biggest, the most underutilized tool out there. It may, it's not seem difficult, it may not seem obvious. Like in some cases I'm gonna pull up the YouTube chat roll as well because we're always live streaming this on YouTube. But the thing is that it's, it's kind of common, but it's always hard to get people off their keister to get rocking and rolling. It's always interesting seeing people who struggle with this and most people do, and that's okay. The idea here, ladies and gentlemen, is for you to talk more about what you, Y O U is the biggest and most underutilized tool out there. Thank you, Peter, for saying goal setting, that's a big thing, but that doesn't help. Goal setting is great. You can write down goals, but guess what? You have to take action. Y O U. And it's really common. Like if I, if I'm on a webinar or I go to a real estate investment club or I go to a networking event. Getting people to talk about themselves is always difficult. But those that are the most successful are the ones that we're not talking about getting up and just bragging how awesome they are. Right, okay. How amazing they are. But they get up and share what they are doing. And that's what they realize is the more that you share about what you have going on in your business, the better off you're going to be, the more you're going to track. Because guess what? Goal setting is great, but it's the action taking that helps you take those next steps. I was very surprised over the weekend. A friend of mine who's an amazing real estate investor and realtor up in Dallas Shared that she had just put together. She'd been in real estate for over 16, 17 years, right? Almost 20 years. Very good at what she does. Phenomenal. But she just shared that she barely started her CRM, barely put her email list together and got a CRM to start marking out after 17 years in the industry. And that's, you know, that that's great that she's been able to do business and do stuff like she's in the more in the investor mind space. But she's leveraged her list in other marketing with podcasts and some videos and some other things being a part of some other groups and that's helped. She's leveraging a lot of that stuff. But now that it's getting tough out there, there's not as many buyers because of interest rates being up, real estate being up, insurance being up, stuff like that. She had to go back the old fashioned, oh, I need to put the foundation in place because I should have done this years ago and I would have never struggled with the peaks and valleys like I am now or like I have over the years. All the people that I've been in contact with, I have no way to contact them now. Now email is the number one marketing tool, but you still have to share what you are doing. Okay, you think about this. Last night I watched the Netflix roasted Tom Brady. Anybody watch that? It was pretty hilarious. Pretty. It was probably one of the most comical things I've watched in a while. Kevin Hart did a great job as the MC and the roastmaster and Nikki Glazier and Bill Belichick and Drew Bledsoe. Just. It was a great aspect. I didn't get through all of it because I started watching late. I'm gonna go back and watch the other half today. But it was fabulous. But guess what? They were all talking about Tom. They're all talking about him. And a lot of people were, you know, they're giving every good natured ribbing and stuff like that. And that's the thing that you have to realize, hey, if you're a starting NFL quarterback, you are going to be the face of your organization. And that's what you each all have to realize. You are all your quarterback, you're all the face of your organization. And think about this. If you're the face of your organization and you look at what you've put out and out into the audience, out into the ether, okay, are you in business or are you not in business? Think about that. You're probably most of you aren't posting Stuff on a regular. You're not sharing, you're not emailing your database, you're not talking about your journey. Sharing an article where you just repost the link once a month or once a week is great, but that's not sharing anything about you. Yes, it's to get people involved, but you have to start sharing your journey, sharing your victories, your wins, your losses. What are you doing to better yourself? What are you doing to learn? You know, this is, we help. This is one of the most powerful tools in the world. But unfortunately most people are busy consuming other people's crap and not putting it out there for them to do. Because if you're sharing, guess what? People will be looking at it. If you do it on consistent basis, people will ultimately follow you and start seeing what you're doing and connect with you. And I don't care whether it's Instagram or short videos or YouTube or an email blast. I think they're all important. You have to do doing these things. But most people don't do anything. If you fall in that category where you're not doing anything to promote yourself specifically if you're in a spot that you don't like being in, if you love what you're doing nine to five and you're happy being that nine to five, making a salary, that's totally a. Okay, that's, that's what you love doing, that is great. And real estate investing is just a side hustle, then I am not talking to you. But it's very disappointing when I see people, realtors, loan officers, other investors who have to stop what they're doing. Their, their passion is real estate, Their passion is investing. Their passion is buying notes or real estate. And they go back and get a job. They go back and have to start. It's a tough time to be getting a job out there. There's a lot of people looking for work. I don't know where they keep saying they create these 150000 jobs or 350000 jobs. They're not high paying jobs. That's probably what it is. You can't, you can't get by on a side hustle. Uber or doordash, you get what I'm saying? Or Lyft, whatever. Those rv, those things are not going to help you pay for life. They're not gonna, they're barely gonna help you get by and you're gonna be barely something very good at barely get by. When's the last time you got ahead? And you need to understand that statement, when was the last time that you got ahead? Because we all know your boss, your employer is probably not going to help you get ahead. Your boss is not going to, is going to keep you down. Your employer, whether it's a company work for you, work for the state, they are not going to help you really get ahead where you don't need them. Yeah, they have some benefits, retirement, 401k, pension, insurance, that's great. But when you get to the point where now you're trading your life for an hour or you're not doing anything, they take up the bulk of your time and you're giving yourself to them and you come home and you're not putting anything into you, your business, you're investing. That's a take, take, take relationship. That is not a good relationship. If you were dating somebody who just took, took, took, would you be in that relationship long term? Probably not. Okay. Unless you like being abused. But that's the thing to look at. You know, we here in Austin, Texas, we're here in Austin, Texas. We've got a big employer, right? You know, we've got Tesla, Elon Musk, right? All these people are so excited about going to work for Elon. He's building these big storage facilities. Same thing. We got a big thing with Bezos and Amazon here, stuff like that. But people going to work suddenly like they're laid off. Ten of their staff is laid off. And guess what? Elon Suddenly gets a 65 billion dollar bonus. Okay? Jeff Bezos farts and he loses a billion dollars, he lays off how many people, right? I'm not trying to, I, I, I mean this from the bottom of my heart. All of you are so capable of doing things to take your business next level. But you have to embrace the most underutilized tool in your toolbox. And that's you, ladies and gentlemen. It's not Scott Carson. It's not keep, it's not mailchimp. It's not your ability to break down an asset. It's you and your journey. What do you. Because most of you are smarter than 95 of people out there these days. I would say you're probably smarter than 80 of the people out there or 99 of people. I meant it's a higher aspect of things because we have a common sense. That's not common, ladies and gentlemen. We all know that. But most of you, I know all of you. I've talked to each and every one of you. You all are very intelligent, but you lack the confidence in yourself. And I Don't know what it is. It could be you've been burned in the past or you're just too scared getting outside of it. Whether it's a cultural norm, maybe you're surrounded by people that are weak minded. You know, we're the average of the five people we hang around the most. So look at the five people you hang around the most. If you're around broke people, you're gonna be around broke people. If you're around smokers, you're probably smokers. If you're around drinkers or drinkers, if you're around complainers, you're a complainer. Okay? You have to get the wine out of your business and start taking that action. And that's the thing. It's always gets me the most frustrated when people reach out to me and ask me questions. And that's the question, hey, how many people have you reached out to? Whether it's an email blast or something like that, to asset managers, how many of those, how many offers you make? If you haven't made any offers or anything, have you picked up the phone, Start down for dollars and put you to work. Okay, all of us want this like and it's so bad society has gotten this way and that we want that quick fix, that instant gratification. We want to be in and out. We don't want to have to put any work in time. As an investment, you have to invest in yourself. You have to start investing in your, in your side hustle. If you're investing as your side hustle, guess what? You start, start taking different action. If you're. Real estate investing is supposed to be your primary hustle, guess what you need to be investing into that in making offers and sharing what you're doing. The journey, I mean we may is one of those months that's the easiest time to share. Okay, think about this. There's been, there's two opportunities this past weekend that you could share something about what's going on. Like May 4th. If you're a Star wars guy, you could have shared May 4th be with you or gal. Right? May 4th be with you. Big thing. I mean Disney's got a whole thing on that now that they own Star wars, unfortunately. Right. But then you got, guess what was yesterday? Cinco de Mayo. Yay. You know, that's a great thing. Bill Maher said something on Friday night on his show Real Time talking about how people been afraid to celebrate. Like, you know, Cinco de Mayo because of. It's got to be culturally appropriate. Look, we, we Love these things. There's nothing wrong with going out and wearing a sombrero for the day. A big one, small one, and talking about, hey, I'm gonna have margaritas and, you know, margaritas and tacos. Celebrating single mile. There's nothing wrong with that. Okay. But that's a great thing, you know, sharing that. You've got some other things coming up. What do you have coming up in, like, a week? Mother's Day? What's coming up after that? Memorial Day weekend. Guess what's coming up also big. You got college graduations, high school graduations, all these kids going to promote. You have so many opportunities to share your story in your journey and what's going in your life to connect with your audience and your surrounding people and your tribes. If you have not read Seth Godin's book Tribes, go buy that, get online and order that book now, or do the download for the audiobook. Whatever you do. It's probably one of the most impactful books that I've ever read. Now I throw it up right up there. Without winning the devil, the E myth is also a really good one. But tribes, you are all strong, powerful, important people. If you're not happy with what you have to do, guess what. It's because you're not doing the things that you need to be doing. Let's face it, doing the same old same old is going to keep you doing the same old same old. One of the, the. You know, one of the images that I often will have in one of my presentations when I'm not speaking to people about note investing is I put that person on that treadmill, but it's actually a hamster wheel. Because many of us, when we get started as real estate investing, that's how we feel, right? We're. We're, like, distracted by all the different options. And I'm going to be the next apartment guy. I'm the next apartment, you know, Lord, lady, you know, I'm gonna go do all these things, and you realize, like, oh, it takes all this energy. I need to focus on just one or two things. But you still have to focus. You have to take the action. You need to be sharing what you're doing. Share your journey. Guess what? Everybody loves a beginning story. Think about this. Tom Brady picked 199th overall, all right? Purdy, the kid out of San Francisco, the quarterback there. Mr. Irrelevant. 255th, right? It doesn't matter. You don't need to be picked first overall. You don't need to wake up with a golden spoon. In your mouth and, you know, $5 million, that's nice. But most people that have that, they burn it, they waste it. They don't do it. All of you are capable of closing deals. Whatever focus you want to be in raising millions of dollars, you just got to share your story. If you're not happy, the situation, if you hate your job because it's stressful or it's an odd time hour, or it's not producing like what you did, you got to start doing things differently. And that's ultimately up to you. Carmelo, I see you raise your hands, you have a question. Are you agreeing with me or, you know, you. Something you want to ask, and you're like, oh, I didn't mean to type that. You know what I'm saying? You know, it was a mistake. Okay, well, that's all right. We all make mistakes. You can't be afraid to make mistakes. That's the thing too, ladies and gentlemen. So many of us, we get so scared that we're gonna mess up and make and look like an idiot. You know what? The more mistakes you make, and the faster that you make them, the better off you're going to be. You're going to be smarter, more knowledgeable, and kicking ass and taking names. And that's the thing is you learn more from your mistakes. If you're afraid to make mistakes, you're not going to be learning because you're not going to be stretching your comfort zone. You're not going to be stepping outside of the box. Okay. You know, somebody asked me, was it last Monday or Tuesday? I was on a conference call with somebody, a new investor, and he asked me, well, what's the best thing that you've ever done? He goes, and I think back to it, I said, well, I've done a lot of great things. I've been done a lot of stupid things, too. I've learned more from my stakes, my like things. But the biggest thing that really challenged me the most was getting out there and sharing my journey, sharing on a daily basis of what I was doing. This goes back 10 years. This goes back actually to 2009, 2010. So it's, you know, 15 years ago of me sharing a video of me talking about how I got started as an investor and then sharing that I was going to be doing, like, this daily blog. I've seen a few people started, right, well, I'm gonna start this 100k in 100 days thing. And after day one, they peter out. They literally fall off the map. Look, if you've got experience. Guess what? You don't have to share your brand new story, just share the deals that you've done. I mean, I'll give you a great example. Like Carmela, you've been a realtor for a few years, right? Just a few years. You got a little bit of season on you. Smart thing you'll be doing is sharing the deals that you've bought, the flip, the rentals. Same thing with you, Crystal. Talk about what's going on in your world, you know, what events you're going to. But sharing that more than just a post on Instagram or sharing, hey, I got out of the gym, that's great. But is that helping you get to your journey? Right? You know, if you've got a, a property that you're flipping or a property that you're listing, you got to get the word out more so than ever you've ever had to do before. Because that's what's happening right now is the real estate industry as a whole. And I mean, I put brokers in there, real estate brokers agents, loan officers, mortgage brokers, real estate investors. This is a time where things, when things get a little tired, it's not so easy to find deals, it's not so easy to get funding, it's not so easy because of all the bullshit that people will tell you that they can't get things done. This is where the real cream rises to the top. This is where those 1 percenters realize the more that they share, the more opportunity that they're gonna have coming into them. You know, most of you are familiar, if not members of your local real estate investment association, right? Your real estate investment club that most real estate investment club associations were started by an individual or two or three or a group to help them bring people together. And the major goal was to have people feed them deals. Literally it's to feed the people deals at the front, at the top. It's also great networking aspect and they want that. But most of the people at the top, they run these groups to get deals, get deal flow some sort of fashion, right? There's nothing wrong with that. You know, they're willing to share their knowledge with a group to get deals brought into them. And that's the thing that I just, I just want. It was as I was walking this morning, I was flipping through my phone, you know, my morning walk, I get up, I got my coffee, we had to run an errand this morning, but I got back here at 10 o', clock, I'm walking, you Know, well, actually I get back about 10, 9, 30, so I got about an hour and a half to walk before the call and I gave them my two laps. But during the two laps, I'm flipping through my members, you guys, you WC crew members, what are you doing? What are you sharing? What are you posting? Are you sharing anything? And for the mass majority of you, it's crickets. But you have to realize that your network, your potential, people that you've met at other events, other conferences. Now, I don't know, I don't always see all the emails if I'm not on your email list, but I can't think of a single email that I've gotten from any of y' all on what you're doing, on what the work is going on. And that has been one of the most powerful tools is my email that I've sent out. And the Monday, Monday, you know, the note night in America. We've been doing Mondays on Monday nights at 7pm Forever, whether it was live or restream. It's just the point in that repetition, that consistency. And if you're not growing, if your list, your connections, your LinkedIn stuff is not growing, you're not growing. And you think about that if you sit down and watch TV this anytime, okay, maybe you don't watch regular channels or cable these days because you've got Netflix, but even they're starting to throw ads on stuff like that. You know what I mean? Or is it Amazon? It's got the answer. If you think about it, how many times do you see a McDonald's commercial? Especially during like a sports game? You see like at almost every other break, right? And then the other thing, it's not a commercial for fast food. It's for pills to fix the. That the fast food made you wrong, right? They got a pill to make you skinnier, to make you more erect, make you more lover, make you. Your. Your blood sugar go down. They got a pill to fix all the things that these things screwed up in you, and then another pill for that, right? It's. You're just inundated. And if you just literally listen to all the side effects of it, it'll make you scared to death because it could cause death. Anal leakage, you know, heartburn, death, death, temporary blindness. Okay? You know, you're being inundated with all this other crap. Well, you know what? It's time for you to start inundating your audience with what you've got going on. Because guess what? People will be a whole lot more Interested in what Carmel is doing this week or Crystal's doing this week or Peter or Sherry or Steven or Don or Anna or anybody else out there, Michelle is doing. And you all have so such amazing stories and experience in life. When you're not sharing it, it's just downright heartbreaking because guess what? Other people are sharing their stuff. And guess what those people are doing. They're drafting off of your audience. They're drafting off your network. If somebody, if you're not doing your audience, somebody else will do it. And that's the number one thing is that tribes with Seth Godin talks about is that we're all a part of different tribes, whether it's investors or your PTA or your realtors or the people you work with, your job, or if you're a postal worker or if you work for the government, who you're on. And I get it, it's hard to be that weird person that does a side hustle, right? Who's talking about their investing or talking about the other stuff. Because if you're so good at being that, why aren't you doing that full time, right? And our tribe sees us as the person they've noticed this year, like our high school, college. Oh, you're that, you know, your ex linebacker. You're the ex, the, the attorney or you're the banker or the postal worker or whatever you've done. That's why they see you. Because you haven't shared what you're doing outside. You haven't changed the dynamic. You haven't shared the real underlying journey of where you're headed. You're allowing your situation to dictate your destination. And you can do that. You can just sit on the bus and let that then take you where you, you want to go. Let's keep getting 40, 50 hours. We'll increase your pay by 4% until you get to the point where we can lay you off and hire back somebody who's less educated, less experienced, but at 50 cents on the dollar of what you're working for, we'll hire them and teach them and we're coming. It's hard to believe that 2024 is coming now that we're in the fifth month. It's May. It's a great, great month. But you also, people use the excuses, oh, I've got a holiday or I got a Christmas party or I got Mother's Day. Look, if you're going to give an excuse of why you can't succeed, then just be honest with yourself. Quit buying the that you're telling yourself. And a lot of times we're all full of a lot of. I want to do this. No, you don't. I want to do that. The great. Want and need to. Wanting to do something is great, but I need to do this. Then get off your ass and need to. I want to go to the gym. No, I need to get to the gym. Like, every morning I get up and I'm tired. Like, I'm sore today. It's an easy day to just lay in bed, not do much. But I got up. Like, I got to get up. I'm tired. I gotta get on a walk. I. I want to go for a walk, but I need to get up and walk. I need to get up and get on my. My walk. I need to get my riding. Why? Because I'm motivated. I'm motivated to get healthier, to stay healthy, to kick ass and take names. That those are the most important things you have to do, ladies and gentlemen, is you have. You have to kick ass and take names every day. Sometimes it's more extreme, but you know what it starts with? It starts with that first step. That's first action. And doing that on a regular basis and getting up every day, that's the first action. People always ask me, like, hey, how's your day going? Like, I'm great. I woke up six feet above ground. I'm doing good. I've got my health. I can get up and walk. I don't care if I'm little sore, if muscles pop, my shoulder creak. I'm getting older. But that's okay. I woke up above ground. It's a good day to start off like that. You know what? I know that no matter what happens in that day, the success of that day of today up to tomorrow is a hundred percent. A hundred percent contingent on my activities and what I do or don't do. Some days I choose not to relax. I mean, I choose to relax. Other days I'm more focused. That's okay. I know I have the force in my hand. May the fourth be with you. Success is in my hand. It's in each and every one of your hands. You just have to choose to close your hand around it and take that first step, to punch back a little bit. No, I'm not going to go do what I'm normally done. It's got to be where I'm at. I'm going to do something different today. I'm going to share that I've closed on 20 investment properties or that I've flipped five properties this last year or flipping a property right now or I've got a listing right now. You've got to share your network. It's the 21st century, ladies and gentlemen. If you're not sharing, somebody else is. And guess what? Those that understand that and double down the marketing side right now is those that will be around longer, those will have longer, stronger, more successful businesses in the long run. This is why we put so much work into our videos, our short videos, our podcast, our emails. All that stuff is to keep driving engagement, sharing our journey, sharing what we're our knowledge with stuff. You don't have to be me, you just got to share your journey. I mean it's really easy to jump on AI, Google AI and come up with 52 articles. But guess what? If you don't take that article and post it to your bit to your LinkedIn or post it your newsletter, it's not good. Okay, you can use some of these tools to help streamline. But you y o u have to take that action, have to take that step, have to hit that send, have to write that email or copy paste it if you're using AI to do it. Take that photo, take that selfie of you standing in front of that rehab. Why not? Okay, why not? Because if you don't, somebody else will. And somebody who is willing to invest in your circle is going to go somewhere. Now, maybe it's not in real estate, maybe it's with the bank down the street giving them a certificate of disappointment. Maybe it's with a financial advisor, they're in a networking group that's going to give them a 7% annuity or some. Okay, you all have the cure for cancer and it not only can cure their cancer and their mistakes or their problems or their needs, it can cure you too. So fill your cup first. Before you try to save the world, fill your cup first and feed the world with your overflow. You gotta feed yourself first. It doesn't do anybody any good if you're not taking care of yourself first. So share you what you're doing, what you want to accomplish and share that message out with the world. They always talk about that. Goal setting is great and writing down goals is, is important. But the next step that most people never do is that goal setting sharing with your audience. This is what I'm focused on, this is what I want to accomplish. Here's what I'm working to get done. We can talk about smart setting or smart goals and all stuff all day long. But if you're not willing to share it, then you're in trouble. And I. I share the story with you guys. Not to make her sound bad or anything like that, but when I was married, I'd gone to Tony Robbins. No, no, it wasn't Tony Robbins. It was. Oh, my God. How to Master the Art of Sales. Tom Hopkins. He had a two. A one day event here in Austin, and I'd read his books and still think how to Master the Art of Sales should be read by everybody. Just phenomenal. He's a little older now, but I got a chance to go there and learn from him. Another guy, that was Iran Marks, was teaching about time blocking and being more effective. And I was not a realtor, but it was by about 8, I'm not joking, about 8,000 realtors in the convention center here in Austin, Texas. And I took his. I could go home, write your goals out, print them out, put them somewhere you can see them, right? One of the basic things that you can do. Well, I did that. I actually took it a step and things I wanted to accomplish on the mirror, in the bat, in the bathroom, by the tv, because fitness is one of those things. And I posted them up, and I. And my wife at the time came home and she's like, what is all this? I'm like, well, these are goals. We talked about doing this. So one of the things that they say is most effective is to write down your goals and then to share them. And she's like, oh, okay, this is cool. And so, like, I even called a few of my friends, like, hey, I'm trying to share my goals. I was hoping you would hold me accountable there. Yeah, that's kind of easy. You don't usually get a phone call from, hey, I'm trying to lose £60. Can you. When we go out to lunch, can you hold me accountable? Make sure I order the salad or I get a water instead of the coke. You know what I mean? Those kind of things, right? And I post those all up. Well, I come home the next day, which was a Friday for my job, and my mother in law was supposed to come in town, right? Mother in law. Mellie's coming in, and I come in that house, and she's there, and I'm looking around like, where? Where. Where's the goals on the fridge? Where's the goals on the tv? Where's the goal on the mirrors? She's like, I took them down. I'm like, why did you take them down? I said, because I didn't want my mom to see my. Why would you want your mom to see. Well, you say get rid of credit card debt. Yeah, everybody's got credit card debt. So you want to lose 30 pounds? Yeah, we're going to lose some 30 pounds, right? You know, simple things. That's when I knew because she like, she shut them all into one drawer with stuff on top. I was like, knew that wasn't, she wasn't the right one for me. I knew we were not going to be around much longer and stuff like that. And a couple years later we were divorced. But you know, it is funny like that, trying to get your, your closest people on track with you and sometimes you've got to do it alone. If you don't have a supportive spouse or friends, then guess what, you're gonna have to do it by yourself. Or then find supportive people. Not say, go find another spouse, but go find friends that are supportive that want to do that. Create your own mastermind. Create your four or five group of people from people that you work with that want to go somewhere, find out people, start a meetup group, go network with people, find people that you can hold accountable to and go do that. You'd be surprised how awesome that is. But that's the thing I just wanted to share with you guys, the most underutilized tool out there. It isn't some fancy software app. Your website, your social media. Your social media is great to use to share what you've got going on, but share. You share your journey, share what your focus is. Because if you don't take care of yourself, nobody else will. And at that point, at some point you're going to turn back and realize, I should have done more. And the last thing you always have is when people on their deathbed, it's not about the money that they made, it's always about the things that they didn't do. You think about that too. With the Mother's Day coming up here and stuff like that, we think, you know, think about the things that we didn't do long ago. I didn't chance to spend my mom or dad, you know, we. If you've got a mom to spend time with, guess what? It's a good time to spend time. Pick up the phone and call whatever it is. It's, it's just important because you can't get this time back in this time too. If you're busy doing other things that are not being productive and you're just wasting time, you feel like you're moving a pile of, from a pile of to another pile of and you're just in that treadmill of life. You gotta break it you and maybe you need some help. If you need some help, I pick up the phone call me Talk with Scott Carson.com talkwithscottcarson.com that will book a call on my calendar. I'm here to help you achieve. So let's kick ass and put you to work to help you achieve your goals. All right everybody, any questions, comments, concerns before I let you go here in this Monday, just that was on my on my mind on my heart today thinking about what I was going to talk about with you today. And that really came to mind as I was flipping through and like I said, I do pay attention. I do follow up with what you guys are doing. Maybe a little incognito, a little social sleuthing. But if I don't see stuff from you, I wonder what you're doing because you are all capable of amazing things, big things. And big is only can be limited by your own mind. All right everybody. Love you all. Bottom my heart. Have a great week. Hopefully you reach out. Other than that, have a suspend this week if we don't talk. Enjoy your upcoming weekend and go out kick some ass, take some names and we will see at the top everybody. Bye Sam.
