Minimalism saved me £20,000. I'd always dreamt of owning my own home, but I had no savings and wasn't able to stay in my rented flat. I honestly thought I might have nowhere to live. I felt stressed, constantly anxious and fearful for the future. So how did I go from feeling like this to to this with the biggest smile on my face? Having achieved my lifelong dream. Minimalism helped me buy my dream home. And I've helped countless clients to turn their biggest dreams into a reality by helping them get clear on what is truly important to them. To do this, I use a very simple four key framework and this is what I'm going to talk to you about today. The four keys to overcome Overwhelm and Clear the clutter. Now, this video isn't for those who aren't open to change or want to keep absolutely every single item that they own or isn't open to new ideas. This requires a committed individual who's got to the point in their lives and thinks I need to do something. The first key is called Overcoming overwhelm. How can we get through that feeling of overwhelm to be able to declutter our homes? How can we master this feeling so it doesn't hold us back from making the change we want? The second key is called Time Saving strategy. It's hard to find the time to declutter, so I go through my tried and tested process to simplify efficiently and give you back the time to do the things that you love. The third key is called sort and simplify. This is where I support clients to decide on the things to let go of and we can then make room for what is truly important. And the fourth key. Speak to an expert. Please find someone who is accredited, an individual you feel comfortable with. As you know, working through your possessions is understandably quite a personal experience.
