I specialise in the area of self belief, but not everything is a question of self belief. Life is about fulfilment. Every single day of our lives, how fulfilled are we? And there are four areas of fulfillment which some areas you may recognise, some areas that you are doing really well in, and some areas which you can develop and improve in, but it's about managing all four of them, not just specialising in a few of them. So these are the four forces of fulfillment. Number one, purpose. What is your purpose in life? Not just in terms of what you want to do, but why do you think you're here? What is the purpose of your life? It's a big question, but actually when you do think of an answer or find an answer to that particular question, it gives your life a sense of meaning and again, a reason to get up every single day for people to look at you and say, this is your purpose in life. And for people to see that very clearly that this is your purpose in life to make you feel more significant as well. Number two, appreciation. And I don't mean in terms of people appreciating you, which is something we all want, but also that's probably the thing you just heard when I said that. What I actually mean is, how are you appreciating the things in your life that you do have, where most of us see the things that we don't have and it's always good to look for another level, to look for more, but you have to simultaneously do that whilst appreciating what you do have. Love who you are, not where you are, appreciate who you are, but always look for more as well. Level of appreciation in terms of who is in your life, who do you love the most and do you tell them and do you show them that you appreciate them? What are the things that matter most in your life? Have you looked at the progress you've already made in that area and look back and really appreciated what you've done and what's about to come as well? There's some people in life who are going through 10 times worse than what you're going through and they're finding ways to get up and love life and appreciate life. And if you truly learn how to do the same, then that will take you to another level as well. The third area is giving. We'll always do more for others than we'll ever do for ourselves. And there was actually a study done comparing, you know, a socialite, someone like Paris Hilton, who you might regard as slightly self absorbed, as it was defined in the study to someone else who is a giver and just contributes to other people. And they used the other end of the spectrum. They used a former NFL player who quit American football to go and serve his country in the war in which he lost his life. The true sacrifice of giving to other people. And they wanted to compare the two and see which made people more fulfilled. And unsurprisingly, the group that gave more to others were more fulfilled than the people who are more self absorbed. As I said, we'll always do more for others. So find ways you can give more, whether it's value with its resources, whether it's skills, whether it's love, whatever. Just continue to give other people and that will give you a greater sense of fulfillment as well. And the fourth area is growth, which came up in the six sources of self belief, but it's a basic area for fulfilment as well. You've always got to have another level to go to. So as we spoke about in the previous video, in every aspect of your life, what are the new levels that you can achieve to keep growing, to keep expanding your mindset, to expand yourself in terms of your physical capabilities, expand yourself in terms of your knowledge, expand yourself in terms of how you love and connect with other people as well. Those are the four areas. Purpose, appreciation, giving, and growth. Think about what areas that you're doing well in, and think about the areas you could do better in, and find ways to improve in the areas that you could do better in and that will raise your level of fulfilment as well as below. What you'll see is a series of other techniques and strategies and ideas to help build in those four areas. But firstly, what I want you to do is define what each of those areas mean to you and how you can build those. And then use the strategies below to continue to build that repetition in every single one of those areas. Find new ways, find new tools to develop those areas. I want you to feel more fulfilled in your life. So just use these strategies and you will.
