If you change today, today will change your life. You're back, I'm back. Let's get going. The last thing we talked about was the meaning you're giving. Whatever you're focusing on the area that you need more self belief in your life. The next thing we've got to do is find out what you value most in your life. So I'm going to ask you now, just have a thing. What is the thing you value most in your life? What is the thing that hits you here, not up here, hits you in here? Think about that for a second. That meaning you're giving, whatever you're focusing on your life. How is the meaning stopping you from getting more out of the thing that's in your heart? I'll give you a quick example. I had a woman who wrote instantly. She said, look, I'm really struggling to lose weight. I'm not a personal trainer, nutritionist, dietitian or anything like that. I'm not there to give those skills, to give those ideas. But I'm pretty sure she knew what they. Because you can go anywhere on the Internet and find them, right? She just needed this motivation. But she needed the sense of what was going to compel her to make the difference. She got overweight. She said, she doesn't stick with any plan. I said, why is it a must for you to lose weight? She said, oh, because I want to look good. I said, no, try again. She said, oh, I want people to, to like me. No, try again. I said, come back to me in three days and in three days time I want you to tell me why it's a must for you to lose weight. She comes back to me three days later. She says, david, I think I've worked it out and I want to get going and I've already started. I said, well, what is it? She said, I need to lose weight. And then she stopped. She said, no, I must lose weight because if I don't lose weight I won't see my children graduate in two years time. She recognized what in her heart was most important to her, what was going to make the difference. And once she connected that with a meaning of I need to lose weight, that finally pushed her to go and do it. And she lost half a stone within probably half a year or something. Now it doesn't have to be that dramatic, whatever your thing is, but just think, what is that thing closest in your heart? When you connect the meaning to something in your heart, the thing that's in your heart pushes you through, brings you closer. It changes the meaning until something that makes you get whatever is in your heart. But too many people are thinking about the almost the artificial things, the small, low level things that their head is telling them that they want. So think about what's in your heart and think how your meaning is stopping you getting out. My name is David Holman. If you change today, they will change your life. So enjoy the rest of your day and enjoy the rest of your life. Thank you very much, Sam.
