A guided, single-voice coaching episode by David Holman teaching a step-by-step visualization exercise to reduce fear and anxiety. The episode directs listeners through breathing and REM-style eye positioning, a sensory trigger (imagining biting a lemon) to open the subconscious, then placing the fearful memory on a cinema screen and repeatedly transforming it (cartooning, silly sounds, shrinking the screen, forward/reverse playback) to reduce its emotional intensity. Listeners are then guided to move behind the projector, turn off the film, load a positive ‘desired outcome’ film, progressively move closer, step into the new film, and anchor the positive state with a color and a quick hand gesture to call the state up in future.
