Hello, Love Life Confidence Elite members, hope you're doing well, and welcome to this Gratitude exercise or Gratitude mastery that we're about to go through. I want you to feel comfortable. I want you to feel relaxed. First thing I'd like you to do is if you can get in a comfortable position, either sat down, standing up, lying down, whatever it is, get in a comfortable position now. And what I want you to do is, as you close your eyes, I want you to close your eyes, and I want you to look up into your eyelids and eyebrows and you'll feel the eyes fluttering. You'll feel the eye flutter. When you start to feel the eye flutter, I want you to imagine going deeper and deeper into it. Every time you hear me click, you will go deeper and deeper and deeper. Now, when you're in that state, could imagine going down a flight of steps, maybe standing on a balcony with a beautiful view. And you start going down the steps. You take one step at a time. There's 10 steps. You take step 10. Now you can feel it under your feet. You can feel the texture of it. Step nine. Step nine, you're feeling the temperature of the step. You're feeling how it feels against your feet. Step eight, going deeper and deeper and deeper. Step seven. Step seven, you're starting to see that you're almost at the halfway point. Step six. Step six, you're feeling yourself drifting deeper and deeper and deeper. Step five, you're halfway there. And we're just going to go down the rest of the steps as we go. Step four, three, two, one. Now, from this place, I want you to put both hands on your heart. Both hands on your heart. There's a very specific reason we're doing this. You put both hands on your heart. And what I want you to do is breathe in through your nose for four seconds, hold for four seconds, and breathe out for eight. So, with your hands on your heart, let's start that process. Now, breathe in. Hold and breathe out. Now let your eyes relax. Keep them closed. Breathe in. Hold and breathe out. Now, we're going to do that one more time, but this time with your hands on your heart. As we breathe, I want you to think of something that you really appreciate, okay? Even if it's something simple, like the fact that you can see, the fact that you can move, whether it's a person in your life, whether it's the job that you have, whether it's the people, whether it's the communities that you have, whether it's the causes or your purpose or whatever it is Something you can find that you know you can be grateful for. As we breathe in, I want you to think of it. Okay, Ready? Breathe in. Hold. Breathe out. Now keep your hands on your heart. And we're going to keep that breathing pattern and we're going to appreciate things as we go through. What happens is with your hands on your heart and you keep that breath, breathing rhythm up. And when you think of something grateful, something pretty incredible happens. Your brain waves and heart rate sync up. Your brain waves and heart rate sync up. When those two things sync up, that is when you go to the deepest level of gratitude. So we're going to keep this up and we're going to get those two things to connect. Your whole body is going to connect in one direction. There's no distraction. Everything in your body is going to line up and pull in together. So I want you to keep your hands on your heart. What I want you to do is I want you to think of something else you can be grateful for. I want you to think of a person in your life that you can be grateful for. And when you do this, I want you to keep one hand in your heart and I want you to reach out with the other hand and pull that thing in. That person is. Pull that in. Pull that in. I want you to think of another person. Reach out. Pull it in. I want you to reach out again. Pull it in. Let's think of one more person. Reach out. Pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. Now I want you to think of a playful moment in your life. Something that was fun, playful, silly, whatever it might be, whether it's from your childhood, whether it's something more recent. Think of that moment. And now reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. Another moment that was playful. Reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. Think of another moment that was playful and fun. I want you to reach out with your hand and bring it in. Bring it into your heart. Bring it in. One more playful moment. Something that really puts a smile on your face. Something that makes you feel good. Reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. You should be able to feel each thing. You should be able to see and feel yourself allowing yourself to pull in these moments, to finally recognize them. Now I want you to pull in a, you know, a sexy moment from your life. Something that really excited you and really turned you on. Pull in one of those moments. Reach out and put it in. Reach out and pull it in. Now think of another moment. Reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. Now think of something someone once said to you. A compliment, something that, you know, comment someone made which maybe you'd forgotten about at some point in your life, but you really appreciated it. Something, someone really, you know, really made a difference to your day, to your week, to your life, maybe. Reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. Now I want you to access another compliment, another nice thing someone once said, which you'll be able to pull out and remember for the first time in a long time. Reach out and grab it and find it and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. One more. One more compliment, one more thought, one more, you know, thing that someone said that really lit you up. Reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. Now I want you to think of a place you've been to, somewhere so beautiful that it just. It took your breath away. Reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. Maybe another place, Another place, wherever it might be. Somewhere that brought you joy, fun, excitement, freedom. It just took you out of, you know, your body. You just felt it. I want you to reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. One more place for me. I know you can. Think of it. One more place in your life that you've been where it just felt right, it just felt joyous. It just felt, you know, everything was lined up. It just felt right. I want you to reach out and pull it in. I want you to think of a characteristic you like about yourself, a feature that you really appreciate and really admire. That even when you're modest and humble, it's. It's just something you really like about yourself. I want you to reach out and pull that in. I want you to reach out and pull that in. Another feature, another characteristic, a personality trait, perhaps. Think of it. Reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. Keep pulling those in. One more for me. Reach out. Characteristic personality traits. Something about yourself that you really can like and admire. Reach out and pull it in. Reach out. Pull it in. Now I want you to think of success that you've had in your life. Something where you can say, I did that. Yeah, I really. I really did. Well, there. I want you to think of a successful moment. I want you to reach out and pull it in. Reach out and pull it in. Another successful moment. Another moment that really lit you up where you'd worked so hard for it. And you can really admire your work ethic. You can really Admire your dedication. Reach out. Pull it in. Embrace it. Accept it. And one more successful moment. I want you to reach out. Pull it in. Accept it. Breathe it in. Your body is starting to line up. You're starting to really feel gratitude now. Start to really feel it on a level. We're now going to bring these moments in quicker and quicker and quicker. It's going to flood over your body, this gratitude. You're going to feel it at an extreme level. And each one that you say, I want you to name it. I want you to say the words of how it makes you feel out loud. I want you to really, you know, this isn't just a mental process. I want you to be able to feel it through your body. As you're going to pull in each of these moments that are coming up, I want you to say what they are. I want to. I want you to say how it makes you feel. I want you to think right now as you keep staying deeper and deeper in the state you're in, I want you to think of a person. Think of a person. Name that person. Bring them in. Bring that person in. How do they make you feel? Now? I want you to think of a place. A place. Bring that place in. Bring your hands. Move your hands quicker as it brings them in. Bring in another place and another place. Now think of something fun and enjoyable. I want you to bring that in. Name it. Say how it makes you feel. When you remember it, I want you to think of a moment of success. Bring that in. Bring that in. Tell yourself, what is it? How did it make you feel? Bring it in. Bring it in. A characteristic you like about yourself. Bring it in. Move your hands quicker. Now. Bring them in. Really embrace them. Really accept them. Really finally understand and embrace that this gratitude is what maybe has been missing in your life. At this level and at this level, opportunities and things are possible. I want you to think of a compliment. Bring in a compliment right now. What was it? What did it make you feel like? Say out loud. I want you to think of anything else. Any moments in your life. Bring them in. Keep moving your hands as they bring them in towards your heart. Think of those moments. Bring them in. Flood your body with all these amazing things going on in your life. Building this positive tower. Keep bringing them in. Keep bringing them in. Keep bringing them in. Excellent. And now what I want you to do is reach into your future. I want you to carry this on, but now we're going to reach into the future. Think of something you'll have in the future. Reach out and grab it. Pull it in. Think of something else you'll have in the future. Reach out, grab it. Put it in. Think of the fun you'll have in the future. Reach out. Have an idea of what that looks like. Feel what that feels like. Work out what it is. Pull it in. Think of places that you're yet to explore, that you could go to. Think about them. Reach out, grab it and pull it in. Think about the new people that will come into your life, that will bring joy and excitement just the way any new person in your life has done in the past. Many more people will be introduced to play a role in your life to bring fun, enjoyment, love, excitement. Reach out, pull them in. How does that make you feel? Bringing in more and more people who into your life? Think of things in ways you'll grow. New traits, new characteristics you'll build in yourself that will help you grow and help you appreciate who you are at an even greater level. Reach out and pull them in. Reach out and think of another moment in your future. Pull that in. And another moment. Pull that in. Reach out for another moment and pull that in. Feel them flooding over your body. Your past and future merging together. All these moments that you've had and have yet to have, but leading to what is truly a beautiful life and a beautiful existence that you have. I want you to reach out for three more, any moments, three moments that you can really appreciate and admire in your life. I want you to grab one, grab the second one. Two. And finally the third one. Three. Now open your eyes. Now, nothing's changed in terms of your circumstances or what's going on around you, or has it? Maybe everything's changed right now because through this lens that you're currently experiencing experiencing of gratitude through this lens, if you've done this exercise right, You can access this whenever you want. And yes, we need to grow and progress, but also maybe we're doing much, much better than we real. Maybe life isn't so bad. Maybe there's a lot of beauty that you've had and are going to have in your life and that you have right now. These items that you've thought of, these memories, these things in the future that you've come up with. When you come to do your coursework, I want you to jot as many of these down. Whether it's in your notepad, going to be in a notepad, or workflow. As I mentioned in the other video, gratitude is always available. I want you to really get in the habit of practicing gratitude because when we feel that we're enough, when we feel that we have plenty, when we come from an abundance mindset rather than a scarcity mindset, you will attract everything that you want. The reason we don't is when we live with a scarcity mindset. But here you can see that there is an abundance in your life. There's a whole world as well out there to go and experience and go and explore. And this is your opportunity to do it now. And as we move through the next few sessions, the coming weeks, if you can do it from this place, this lens, this filter, I promise you everything that you want is and still is and will be available to you. But you must come from this lens, from this place. Because when you come from this good place, when you start to recognize and find the beauty in this life, because whatever you've got going on in your life, there is beauty somewhere in the world from this place, you will find it. And when you find, will be much greater than you ever thought was possible when you started this program. What you want is available. So I hope you enjoyed this recording. Keep practicing. Gratitude and I will see you on the next module. Goodbye for now.
