People seem to forget if you change today, today will change your life. This is the first step to it. To introduce you to the six sources of self belief system that I've created. I use this with all my clients, whether it be individuals or in groups. These are the six things that you need for self belief. I researched, studied, analyzed everything around the concept of self belief, found every single term from all the different fields that are associated with self belief and grouped those down into six terms. And those are the things I want to talk about now. This will hopefully make a difference to your level of confidence, help you understand why you do have confidence in certain areas and lack confidence in others. We'll also be talking and showing you how you can therefore build your team's confidence and get other people to be more confident in you and your brand. So let's get straight into it. The six sources of self belief are this the first one, Clarity. If you are not clear at what the goal is, what your aspiration is, at what your why is, why are you doing what you're doing? It will never happen for you. The clearer you are about what you're trying to achieve, the closer it comes to you. It's the law of attraction. The more you can visualize it, the more you can see the whole picture. It brings it closer to you. Number two is focus. There is a difference between clarity and focus. You can have all the picture through clarity, but if you can't focus on the specific point that you need to focus on, again, it's not going to happen for you. So see what the picture is and then are you aware of exactly what you want to focus on? Whatever you focus on, you feel. If you focus on all the bad stuff in your life, if guess how you're going to feel, if you focus on the good stuff in your life, guess how you're going to feel. So you have to start accumulating things which are good in your life and focus on those. Focus on the actual target. Number three, pain. People look at me a bit funny when I talk about pain as a source of self belief. But pain is an inevitable part of life. You have to be able to turn your pain into power. Because it's easy when things are going well to to keep moving forward, to keep doing it, to know exactly what needs to happen. But when it's not going so well in your life, that's when your momentum starts to drop off. So if you can keep moving forward when things are going well and keep moving forward when things aren't going well, you'll always be moving forward. How you turn your pain into power. Some people get angry, get sad or whatever, become addicted because they know that's their fuel for confidence to get things done. Some people can be addicted to the pain. Some people try to avoid it all costs because they know they just cannot deal with it. The fourth source is energy. And this is almost the starting point of everything. If you are in a relaxed, passive state, you're never going to feel ambitious, you're never going to get things done. But if your arms are back, shoulders back and down, chest is up, head looking exactly at the target and, and you've got some energy, whether it's through the gym, whether it's through your food, drink, you can get energy from what you watch on TV or music or anything else. If you feel energetic, you feel like getting stuff done. Energy is a crucial part of it. And getting people's energy level right is a crucial part of what I do. The fifth source is momentum. I believe that everyone has two towers in their mind. A positive tower and a negative tower. It requires no effort to build your negative tower. It could be as simple as you lose your car keys, then your first meeting gets cancelled, then someone cancels for lunch, then your husband or partner doesn't make you dinner, then they leave the toilet seat up and all these small things add up until something happens and you lose the plot completely. It requires no effort to build that negative tower because we have a 2 million year old brain which is, which is set up to help us survive, to see danger, to see fear, to see the bad things. So your mind subconsciously works all this stuff out. It requires your conscious effort to consciously build your positive tower, to add up all the good things that are happening in your life and start building that tower bigger than your negative tower. And the final thing is growth. The sixth source. Growth is important because everyone needs to be able to see the next level. You see celebrities and millionaires who seemingly have everything and just look miserable and depressed, right? And that's because they can't see another level to go to. Growth is a huge part of it. Always being able to see what the next level, next level is. I think that when people look at life and think, if I achieve that, that will be it, my life will be sorted. It's at that moment when they succeed that they get their ultimate sadness, not on the way up. At that point, whatever you achieve in your life, you'll always need to see a next level. So those are what the six sources are. Now, what do we do with them. I want you to think of an area of your life where you have supreme confidence or a moment in your life where you had supreme confidence. Which of these six did you have at particularly high levels? They would have all been at high levels, but which of the six do you have at a high level in comparison? I want you to think of an area where you are lacking self belief. Which of the six are missing? Or if you score them all out of 10, which one has the lowest score? Then you can start working on that particular source and make the difference to your level of confidence. Those six are present in every situation you need is confidence. Confidence doesn't affect every single aspect of our life, but it affects us every day of our life. And once you understand these six sources, you can implement them in your team as well. You can start to learn how to build confidence and understand how other people build confidence in you and your brand. So think about these six sources. The final thing I want you to take away these six sources. At least one of them will have hit you in the heart instead of the head. The one that hits you in the heart is your driving force for confidence. We all need sex, but one in particular and it's different for everyone will be your driving force.
