One of the biggest questions business owners ask me, why can't I keep good employees? Well, I'm gonna tell you why. For a lot of reasons, it's you. You know, they wanna work for a leader. They don't wanna work for a boss. A boss just tells them what to do. A boss just sits in their little cubicle and doesn't come out there and actually interact with the team, interact with the guys, see how they're doing, see if they need anything. Like me, I'll go out there. Hey guys, do you need anything? Do you need anything pulled? What can I do to help you? As long as I'm there, I do that. And, you know, a lot of times they want to work for a leader, not a boss. And that's what you guys are not understanding. People don't want to be overlooked over their shoulder all the time. If you can't trust that person to do that job after you train them, then it's your fucking fault, dude. It's your fault. Nobody else's.
