In this solo, live‑style teaching, Christian therapist and minister Shakeeta Torres addresses believers who are uncertain whether God is calling them to stay in or leave their current church or ministry setting. She begins with a prayerful invitation for clarity, then outlines several common scenarios: (1) leaving prematurely due to offense or hurt, (2) being forced out by jealousy or manipulation, (3) staying in a chaotic “season” where God is using the person as a light or peacemaker, (4) disobeying God out of fear of the unknown, (5) remaining out of comfort or complacency, (6) feeling spiritually “full” and needing to pour out, and (7) being controlled by leaders who enforce a religious‑mindset that equates church walls with ministry. Throughout, she weaves personal testimonies, vivid dreams, and scriptural references (e.g., Matthew 10:14, Matthew 28:19‑20, Proverbs 28:1, Philippians 1:9‑11, Jeremiah 7:23, Psalm 73:26) to illustrate how God communicates through prayer, the Holy Spirit, dreams, and the Word. She urges listeners to seek discernment, boldness, and radical obedience, offering practical steps such as prayer, meditating on Scripture, and consulting trusted mentors. The teaching concludes with a call to share the message, subscribe to her Faith & Mental Wellness podcast, join her email list, and visit her website for further resources.

Hey you guys, happy Sunday! If you are struggling to leave your church after God has told you to, or you are struggling to leave or to stay for various reasons, this episode today is for you. It is going to give you clarity. It is going to, um, help you to really lean into scripture and lean into what God is saying to you about your particular season. As always, I will be sharing some of my testimonies, um, in reference to how God has had to transition me over the past 15— so 15 years or so. Hello everyone, good afternoon, good afternoon. If you cannot stay, um, be sure to come back and watch the replay because I know for a fact that today's, um, word is going to bless so many people and it's so needed, um, especially in this hour Um, this is something that I've walked through myself, um, and I'll be sharing today, uh, what God gave me. And I also be sharing today, you know, my own experiences and also the word of God as well to help you to have a strong foundation, um, to back up what it is that God is telling you to do specifically about your particular season. Okay, and so before I get into it, I'm ready to teach. Okay, I'm, I'm so excited about today. I'm excited because some of you guys are going to get so much clarity. All right, um, so Father, I just thank you, um, right now, Lord God, for this word. I pray, Holy Spirit, that you would just have your way. Father, I ask you, Lord, to, um, continue to just lead us and guide us, guys, as I teach your word today and encourage your people, exhort your people. Lord, let your word come forth, God. Oh God, whatever you want to say, Lord, I'm here. I'm your mouthpiece. I'm listening, um, and I want to see your people to be set free, Lord God, to be healed and to be able to break out and do everything that you're calling them to Lord, in Christ's name I pray. Amen. Amen. All right, so here we go. So today's, um, title is called Is God Telling You to Leave Your Church? Is God Telling You to Leave Your Church? And so this has came from, you know, what God has been showing me, but also the people I have been interacting with just this week alone. In the past two weeks, I'm seeing this trend, I'm seeing this, um this trend of people who are really struggling with how they should respond to God and what he is showing them about where they currently are. And I'm going to go into like several— how do I explain it— like several tiers of this. Some of this word is going to be confirmation for you all, some it will be, um, correction in a loving way, of course. Um, some of it will also, um, be to help launch you out and break you free from having like a religious mindset, okay? So that's my prayer today, is that you you will also be broken free from a religious mindset. But I'll get into that in just a moment. Even now, that was not my plan. I'm saying whatever God's put on my heart to say even now, okay? So I'll ask you as well to share this with somebody who's need— who needs this. I've never asked people to share my stuff before, but I think, and I really know, that it's going to bless so many people. Um, and so let me get into it. So this, this teaching or this exhortation today is layered, and God is speaking to, um, many types of people on where they are in their journey. And so first, you know, we have people who are leaving their ministry prematurely. They're leaving because they're offended. They're leaving because they have, um, been hurt by someone in the ministry. And so they're walking away without even seeking God for clarity, without seeking God for guidance. Now, I see this a lot with babies in Christ, which is normal. If you're claiming to be a mature believer in Christ Don't do that. Don't do that because it's going to delay your process. It's going to delay where God is taking you in your ministry. And also, you know, that, that, you know, they don't please God. Now, of course, you know, there needs to be a conversation about certain things, and you might not always have, you know, extreme clarity about a situation or be happy. But ministry is not all about being happy, you guys. I'm gonna be honest with you, I'm not always happy in ministry. I'm not. It's hard work. It is. It's work, okay? It's a sacrifice. It really is. But I love the Lord, right? And so many of you I know love the Lord as well. So some of you got to learn prematurely. So you need to go back, you need to ask the Lord how you should respond to the people who have hurt you. I'm doing a workshop, uh, in person at a ministry here in my area, um, in April, talking about offense and forgiveness and communication and how to do that within the body of Christ, right? From, you know, a biblical view, also from my, um, from me as a, um, Christian therapist as well and a life coach. Okay, all right, so some of you guys, um, have been forced out. My God, what God showed me this morning is that some people have been forced out of ministry because of jealousy, because of envy, uh, because their leaders, you know, see them as like intimidation when God has sent you there to be a blessing and to help to set things back in order. Okay. I definitely been there. I have been there before where God has sent me in somewhere and he has sent my family there to be a blessing and to help set things in order, but the people did not want to receive it, so we had to leave. Okay, either we were going to leave or we're going to stay there in the mess while it continued to be that way. But God told us to leave, of course, right? But what I'm saying is people have been hurt, they have been misunderstood, they have been overlooked, and so much more when you know God has sent you in this particular ministry to be blessing. And so my— what God reminded me of, the word I gave, um, back in the fall, and the video was called Time Is Up. And I did another video, I can't think of the name of that one, forgive me, I can't remember right now. But in that video, um, I was sharing what God was saying about, um, the people who had been hurt. God was going to vindicate you. God is going to heal you. God is going to restore you and rebuild you and send you back out. Okay, so I know people who have been hurt, you know, in ministry, um, or forced out. So like they're stuck. They feel so stuck because like, God, what do I do next, right? I know you sent me here on the assignment, but I wasn't able to complete my assignment because of so-and-so, because of these people forced me out. And so don't you worry, you just hold on, continue to seek the Lord, continue to get in the community where you can be encouraged, where you can be built back up in the spirit, because that's hard, that hurts, okay? And God knows that, and he does not want you leading from a place of brokenness either. Not, not long term. There'll be time when God will use you for sure. But to actually lead God's people and have a, a, a very positive impact on them, he needs you to be healed, okay? Healed in your heart, right? Not carrying around unforgiveness, bitterness, and, you know, feeling like you're lost. Hold on, okay? Hold on. The waymaker is coming, okay? Um, and so then the other part here is some of you are at a ministry that you desperately want to leave. You're like, God, you sent me here, you planted me here, and I'm I'm here and it's a hot mess. It is a hot mess, Lord, you telling me to stay here? And when God is telling you to stay in a place where there's chaos, you guys, it is definitely an assignment. What I have learned is that when I'm in, you know, situations or places, not just ministry but just places in general where it's a lot going on, right, you know, God is using me to be a light. God is using me to be a peacemaker. God is using me to be, um, to help, um, you know to, to pray and intercede, okay? And so everybody's ministry is unique, you know. I'm more of a person— I think the truth now, I'm gonna tell you the truth now. I'm not gonna sit here and lie to you, but I'm more so like that. I'm a great mediator, okay? God has called me to mediate. I'm great at doing that, okay? Because I'm a therapist as well, okay? So I'm great at doing mediation. But for some people, you know, you're there and you're gonna have to say some hard things, do some hard things, and it's not easy. It's not easy. And so just know that also God is also preparing you for what's next. He is testing you, um, he's also trying to give the people in that place, um, a time to get things in order. And there will come a time that if those people do not get their stuff in order, God, he will send you— he will, he will tell you to leave. So I have been places before where initially I didn't realize that God was just using me there for— to be a light But as I began to like, you know, see that and God begin to show me, he said, daughter, you gonna be here for a season, just for a season, okay? And so then whenever he said it's time to go, dust your feet off and go. That's Matthew chapter 10 and 14. Dust off your feet if they don't want to receive what you have. And that can be a form of rejection. They can make you feel some kind of way, but remember that, you know, they're not rejecting you, they're rejecting God. And so here again, you have people who become offended, who become hurt, who become frustrated, and rightfully so,, but you have to take your heart back to the Lord and allow him to refresh you and rebuild you because of what you just went through. So I have definitely been, you know, in the ministries before where, you know, I've had to be a light. I'm trying to give like instruction, showing them what God's telling me, and they're listening but they're not implementing it. And so it came a time when God began to tell me, okay, it's time for you to shift. Okay, it's time for you to shift. All right, um, this next place here is some of you guys are being disobedient to God for several reasons. Being disobedient, meaning God is telling you to leave. So in this season, God is shifting a lot of people in ministry, a lot of people. He has been for a while, but now he is like putting down the pressure on you guys because he has so much purpose for you. And this right here is layered as well. Let me tell you something. Y'all, I lived it, I lived it, I lived it. So, so I know what I'm talking about. So God may be telling you to leave a ministry, um, because, you know, you're about to launch out into a different area of where he's calling you to, right? But some of you are stuck and won't obey God because your fear— because you have fear of the unknown and like not knowing what to do next. And so God may have been giving you a glimpse here and there of what you're going to be doing but he hasn't given you the full picture. Trust me, been there. There are things now that God showing me pieces here and there. I'm like, I don't understand, I don't see the full vision, I don't see the full puzzle to this. And bit by bit he's been showing me so I can be able to digest it. It's also called a faith walk. It's a faith walk. Listen, I hope that you were enjoying this episode thus far. Be sure to share this with your family and your friends, those who may need to hear this very important topic. I know that it's not discussed enough publicly, but I really believe that it would help so many believers to have clarity about what they should do. Also, do not forget to listen to Faith and Mental Wellness podcast with Shakeeta Torres, where I'm interviewing guests who are Christian therapists, Christian life coaches who are in ministry, who has a testimony to share, a message to share. And so far I have been interviewing some amazing guests. So I will put the link for you in the bio, in the description here, and also join my email list, okay? Go to shakeetatorres.com and join my email list where I'm always emailing, you know, information and resources and letting you know what's going on in my world, all right? When you're in ministry and truly operating in purpose, y'all, it is a faith walk, okay? It's a faith walk. And so know that, you know, God is going to order every single one of your steps. Many of us struggle with this. I know I have in the past. Okay, God, you gave me like step 1 and 2. Okay, what's 3, 4, and 5? Like, and he's not gonna give you 3, 4, and 5 if you ain't did 1 and 2 yet. So it's definitely a faith walk. It is also producing patience in you. It's also producing, um, you know, your character, and it's producing so much. Okay, so I'm talking to my Instagram people and to my people on Facebook too as well, okay? Um, and so just remember that. The next thing is you are comfortable and you are complacent with where you are. And I've been there before too, where I'm like, God, I'm fine with where I'm at, I'm, I'm fine here, I'm, I'm cool here. But he like, it's time to move. I gotta move again? I just got this kid here. And, and you guys are comfortable. But what happened with me, what really pushed me to go was that I had became so spiritually full that I felt like I was about to bust. And so some of you guys are feeling this pressure, all this pressure, you know, in your spirit, uh, because God is trying his best to push you out and launch you out into something new. Before I really started launching out and doing everything I'm doing now on social media, that's how I feel. I feel extremely full. And the Lord was like, I need for you to pour out what I have poured into you over the years. You guys, I know I carry a lot, a lot I say that humbly. I say that with, you know, all honor and glory goes to God. But I carry a lot of wisdom, a lot of wisdom that God's given me over the years and experiences and so much more. And so he has been pushing me to pour that out. Even now he said, I need you to still pour out even more. I'm like, Lord, how much more? Like, I'm doing, I'm doing, I'm trying to keep up what I'm already doing now, you know. But yet and still, it's, it's a reason behind it. It's kingdom, right? God sees ahead. He see what's ahead and what the people actually going to need, right? Because there is a soul harvest that is coming And with this soul harvest, God needs feet and hands to be on the ground. He need hands to the plow. And if you are not allowing God to move you because you're complacent and you're comfortable where you are, you're going to miss it and you're going to regret it, okay? You're going to regret not obeying God because you're going to— he— what God would do, my God, oh God, like you be, you know, you know, continue to disobey God, you know, and then you keep pushing him away, obviously he gonna at some point just stop. But then you're going to get a glimpse into somebody else's life and they're doing the same thing God called you to do. And you're like, oh man, God called me and told me to do the same thing. And then you're gonna be mad at yourself for not obeying the Lord. I've had someone tell me that before, saying, Shakeeta Torres, everything that you're doing, everything from your ministry, from nonprofit, from your books, all that— like, God was pushing me to do some of the same things over the years, but I was not doing it because of fear. And she regretted it. And I'm like, girl, it is not too late. Like, God has no respect of a person. Like, you can and you can like do— still do what God asked me to do, you know. But it's a delay for her now. It's a delay, okay. And so best believe that like it's more than enough room here, you guys, for believers to go forth, right. There's things that I say you probably heard before, right, but doesn't mean that I don't need to say or do it because you've already heard it before. Like you don't know like how I say it and someone else say it could be completely different, right. And people are attracted to certain people. There's a people group attracted to me, a people group attracted to you. And so God needs for you to step up to the plate, and he needs for you to pour out your oil, pour out what he's poured into you over the years, right? For you bust wide open. You're gonna bust. That is not a good feeling. I remember distinctly, I was having this week where I was just feeling so— oh my gosh, y'all, I just feel so overwhelmed with this feeling, so spiritually full. And a woman of God, I don't talk to her often, her call— Shakeeta Torres, the Lord put you in my heart today. And he was like— she begin to minister to me and remind me, you got to start pouring out more because if you don't, you're gonna bust wide open. That's how I feel. I feel like I'm about to just bust because I wasn't really fully doing what God was telling me to do in that particular season. So you guys, be obedient. Don't bust, don't bust wide open, all right? Then some of you guys are staying because you are being manipulated by your leaders, okay? Excuse me, y'all, my nose trying to run. I was just adding up. And so I definitely know this for a fact, that people are in ministry and, you know, they're telling their leaders, hey, God is pushing me out, God is telling me to, you know, go this way. And they're like, no, I don't think God's telling you that. And I'm like, so you know God has told you 4 or 5 times that it's time for you to go, but you keep lingering? And you go to your leaders and tell them that God told you to leave, and they, they know for a fact that you are a person that hears the Lord and that you honor them, that's manipulation and control and coercion, y'all. And so then you're like, oh well, maybe I didn't hear God. And then you're calling everybody and their mama asking them for instructions, that, oh well, God told me to stay, but I don't know, what do you think? It ain't what Shakeeta think, it ain't what somebody else think. What did God say? What did God tell you to do? And once again, he could have you leaving that ministry because there are things that's going on that's hidden that you have no idea about. Um, it could also be because your season there is up. God has ministry for you. That's what happened to me. He, he pulled me out of the four walls to start doing more ministry up here, for sure. But I still have accountability. I still have leaders who I'm accountable to. And so people have this mindset and this religious mindset that you have to be in the four walls of the church in order to do ministry. That is not true. That is not true, you guys. Some people God has called for a season to be up here on social media, whether it's for a season or however God— whatever God say, you do that, right? And so I know God called me up here. And do I want to do it sometimes? Absolutely not. I'm like, Lord, I'm tired. I can go home. I'm gonna be with my family. I'm very simple. I'm very, very simple. I don't need a whole book. I don't need all this stuff, y'all. I really don't. I'm doing it because God has called me to do it. And so you guys, like get out of your head, get out of perfectionism, get out of the, the, the thought that, okay, if people not are not approving of what God is telling me to do, then I can't do it, right? God will be with you, and I'll give you scripture in just a little bit, but I wanted to share these points with you first before I actually dig into scripture. Um, and so I remember, um, God even told me to share my testimony. And so I remember, um, that I was at a ministry— this was like back in 2013— and my family and I were there, and, um, The church I was at, you know, I liked being there because I was the dance leader. You know, I was over the dance ministry. You know, I can dance, I can lead, I can choreograph and all that stuff. Okay, so I was doing that, and God had already told me, he said, you ain't gonna be here before a season, so don't get too comfortable, right? But I love the people that I was there with, you know, most of them. Let me stop. Most of them, right? Um, let me stop. But anyway, the people that I danced with, I really enjoyed, um, their fellowship, and I love being with them. Um, but then the Lord begin to start dealing with me about it was time to go. And I'm like, man, oh man, I gotta go. And let me tell y'all what happened, okay? So I remember one Sunday, um, I end up going anyway. This is in the time I only had one daughter. She was like— Zaria was like, what, 3, 3 or 4? My husband had to work that Sunday, so it was just me, okay? And so I went to the church, you know, and I, I felt uneasy already getting up and getting ready and getting dressed. And y'all, I was sitting in service, I was so uncomfortable. When I say I couldn't— I kept twitching, I couldn't sit still. And I just kept hearing God say, what did I tell you to do? What, what did I say? Y'all, I had to get up in the middle of service and I had to leave because I could not sit there and continue to sit and squirm and couldn't get still. Oh my, like I had like severe ADHD or something. It was bad. And so I got home, told my husband. He said, yeah, he said, I was waiting on you, because he, he already knew, you know. And so I was like, okay, because I was part of the dance ministry, of the dance leader. I knew I had it. First of all, let the pastor know, you know. I wrote a letter, actually called him. I'm like, hey, you know, this is what the Lord telling me to do. He said, okay, all right, okay. He didn't fight me on it, and I, I know why. God showed me why later, you know. And so when I left, right, I started having all these dreams and visions about the things that were happening in the ministry. Now mind you, I had already seen some stuff that was going on. But of course, there's no perfect church, and God was showing me that there was judgment coming to that house as well because of things that was going on in the background, going on in secret. My God. And God did not want me to be in the midst of that. He was using me as a light. My God, as a light. My God, I just think about it, it's like, it was a lot. He was showing me all kind of stuff, y'all. I was like, oh my goodness, oh my God, oh my God. And then I would talk to some people who went there Shakeeta Torres, you should come back. I'm like, no, no, no, I can't go back. Like, we still end up living where we were living for another few months before we actually left that state. And so we was there and they kept calling. I can't come back, y'all. The Lord told me no. And so long story short, one call was Shakeeta Torres, it's so much going on, girl. I'm like, girl, that's why I had to leave. God told me to leave. And so you don't know what it is that God is trying to save you from, okay? Um, oof, y'all, please obey God. When God's telling you to leave, y'all, please be obedient because something bad can happen. And I know someone that something bad happened to her, where she— people end up putting like spells on her, witchcraft on her because of her disobedience. Because what happens is God will grace you to be in a place, but when he say leave, that means his grace for you to be there is like running out. It's running out, okay? I even had this dream before, this was like a few years ago, and it's about, um, a girl. I didn't know her on a deep level, but I— my husband knew her husband from the military life, you know, lifestyle when he was in the military.. And, um, you know, I was familiar with her through, through them. Long story short, God had gave me this long dream where she was working at, and she was working at a hospital, but in each room was— there was feces everywhere, there was urine everywhere. But I can just see her, she was working, she was like, you know, providing great care. And I'm like, God, what is— what you showing me? He was like, this hospital she works at is disgusting, it's defiled, it is defiled, and I want her to leave before I bring judgment there. And I was like, oh my God. He said, I want to protect— kind of like remind you of Abraham, right? Or Abraham was leaving and then they had to bring judgment to Sodom and Gomorrah. Come on, y'all. Come on, Holy Spirit. Come on, Holy Spirit. And so I was like, oh my God. So I told her, I'm like, Dolores, this is what God is showing me. And ain't the first time God has told me to tell somebody, okay, God's saying this right here, you need to get ready to leave because this is going to happen, right? And it's up to them what they do with it. It's not on me, it's up to them, okay? And so just be— y'all, please be obedient. I, I'm begging you, please be obedient to God, please. Because God said we're trying to save you, um, you know, from something that can, you know, prevent you from being hurt. I've seen people become hurt and become just like complete victims because they disobey God when God say move and they didn't move, okay? So pay attention to the signs. God speaks to us in so many ways. He speaks to us audibly, the Holy Spirit. He speaks to us in dreams, visions, word, um, scripture. He speaks through song. Like, God talks to me in so many different ways, you guys. It don't make no sense. So many different ways. So you— but you have to be in tune. You have to be in tune with him. And you be in tune with him by prayer, by being in your word. The more you do that, the more you will hear God. I promise you that. I keep telling y'all that over and over again. I know many of you guys are busy, but you got to make time. I'm busy, but I have to make time, y'all. I have to make time to be in God's face, because if I don't, I won't be up here to be effective. Life, okay? Okay. Also from my own family, right? From high to low. Hey, I'm not sure what's going on. I don't know why it's doing that. Let me make sure I turn it up some, my volume. Okay. Alrighty. Okay. And so, um, with that being said, um, the next part I'm going to go into is scripture, um, to really encourage you all, okay? Um, so the Lord said, if you are comfortable where you are and you refuse to launch, he said this is what you need to remember. Matthew chapter 28, verses 19 through 20. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always to the end of the age. So he said that when you're going out and you launching out and you doing what he's calling you to do, he's going to be with you. So do not fear, you guys. Do not fear. When you have moments where you like nervous and you like, oh my God, I'm a little fearful, absolutely, that is normal. But you have to be like Joshua. God commanded him to be courageous, to be courageous. And I'm telling you, you gonna have to be around people who gonna strengthen you, who gonna encourage you, who gonna speak life into you, and vice versa. Okay, my God, um, ask God for holy boldness. Ask him to give you a level of boldness that you never had before. Um, this is Proverbs 28:1. The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous as bold as a lion. Or as bold as a lion. So be bold, be bold for Christ and ask, pray into these things. Like before, you know, um, I did ministry altogether, I was definitely like nervous. I was definitely dealing with, you're like, oh my God, like what are they gonna say, gonna think I'm crazy? And I kept praying, God help me, God help me to be bold for you. I would declare the scripture over myself every single day for a season, and it built me up to be able to be bold, okay? Um, the next thing here is discernment. My God, some of you guys already operate heavily in discernment where you are in ministry, at your churches, and God is already showing you stuff that's going on, right? But some of you guys are like spiritually dull, okay? You're spiritually dull and you can't see. It's like you've been sleep, and God is saying, wake up, wake up, okay? So ask God to show you how he sees the situation. Not how you see it, but how he sees it. And so when I'm praying about situations, I'm like, God, show me your heart. Show me your heart about this matter. Show me, like, show me so I know how to respond. Because I recognize that we are— we have a limited vision, we have limited eyesight, we have limited knowledge in our own strength, right? We see stuff, we hear stuff, but really, what is God saying about the situation? And allow God to show you. It could be the complete opposite of what you actually believe. Okay, so this is coming from, um, Philippians chapter 1, verses 9 through 11. And this is my prayer, that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Christ Jesus, to the glory and praise of God. Okay, so ask you, okay, to sharpen your discernment. Ask God for strength. This is, um, Psalm 73:26. My flesh and my heart fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. He is your strength, you guys. And then ask God for radical obedience. He said, but I gave them this command: obey me and I will be your God and you will be my people. Walk in obedience to all I command you, that it may go well with you. Jeremiah 7:23. Okay. So pray and ask God for radical obedience when he's giving you instruction. Um, and I know people may say, well, what does that mean? What does that look like? So for example, you know, I'm gonna give you a prime example. So the Lord had told me to build the Faith and Mental Wellness Directory, all right? I didn't volunteer. I knew that he was calling me to do that. I just didn't know when. So when he told me to do it, I was like, okay, are you sure? Because like, Lord, like, this is, this is a lot of work, and you know, we need I need, I need provision for this, okay? And he said, do you trust me? I'm like, yes, Lord. Do you trust me? I'm like, yes, God, I trust you. So I went ahead and I did it, okay? That's like radical obedience for me. And also, it might be in a moment where God saying, I want you to call so-and-so and encourage them. I want you to do this or do that. In that moment, radical obedience. Small acts of obedience, right? It builds up. And as God can trust you with the little stuff, he'll give you more. He'll give you more if you desire that. Now, some of you guys don't care, but some of you guys do care, and you want God to use you. He want— you want God to use you. And so, um, and even now, let me think, I'm gonna make sure I'm hearing the Lord on this, even in this moment. So, my God, give me the words, Holy Spirit. So, you know, I'm very passionate about Christian leadership. I'm very passionate about, you know, believers and those who are serving. Um, especially pastors, all, all of that, leaders, whatever, you know. And so I see, I've been seeing this trend that God been showing me in the spirit too. Now I don't want to use the word trend, but I would say era. It's an era. So God's people do not belong to us, okay? They do not. So if God send me somewhere to be there for a season, to, you know, receive, to pour into them, they pour into me, it's for a season. But when God say it's time to go, it's time to go. And it breaks my heart when I see so many, you know, leaders who are trying to hold on to God's sheep like they belong to them. All right, I don't see nowhere in the Bible where people who were in ministry stay in the same place forever. I can't find it. If you let me know you find it, look at Christ himself, right? He traveled. He went from city to city, nation to nation. So like, how you gonna tell somebody that, you know, you can't leave the ministry, it ain't time, when God's already released them, when God's already told that person that, you know, it's time for them to go. Like, you don't own them, they belong to the Lord. And, you know, we are sowing and watering seeds, right? And God is the one that's going to bring the increase. And so, yeah, I know people leave ministry prematurely, and that does hurt, but I'm telling you, like, let these people go. Let these people go. Don't be hanging on to them. Because you're gonna have to answer to God for that. And this is what I want to tell you guys, encourage you, who— for those of you who are under people and God is saying it's time to go, and they keep telling you, no, no, it's not time, no, you're being disobedient, no, you need a covering, oh, you need a— you need somebody to like be over, you know, to help you, whatever. And I'm like, that's manipulation, that's control. God is our ultimate shepherd. His son is our ultimate shepherd, you guys. And we have to trust God enough to know that he can lead us and guide us. Maybe God calling you to receive him to himself, to you to himself, to be able to speak to you, to heal you, to prepare you for the next season, right? And so every situation— everybody's situation is different, okay? But obey God, y'all. I'm telling you, obey the Lord. Do what God is telling you to do, okay? So that's all I have for today. Um, I knew today was going to be short. I didn't think God was gonna give me as much today, to be honest. I felt that I'd come up here today to talk about it, and I said with him before going live, he started giving me more, more stuff to say, even now. Um, so yes, um, be sure to share this with somebody. Um, I'll put this also on my YouTube channel as well and my podcast as well. Um, hopefully the audio was good. Someone told me the audio kept going in and out. Uh, if you have any questions, feel free to put them in the comment section. Like, I'm very responsive, you know, when I— whenever I get the chance to respond to you, because I know people have so many questions and people have unique situations and unique circumstances. This, okay? Everybody does, all right? Um, so again, thank you so much for being here. Um, I'm say a quick prayer and we'll be done. And so, Father, I just thank you right now for, um, every single person who is watching this now, and for those who will come back later and watch the replay. Um, I pray, God, that they will, um, continue to seek you, God, continue to seek you on all things. Um, I pray, God, that they will, um, listen to you and be obedient to your voice. Obedient because, God, you know what's best, you know what's ahead, you know what lies ahead of us, Lord, and God, you, um, have, you know, plans in the future for us. Father, help us, Lord God, to walk by— to walk by faith and not by sight, and not be consumed, God, with the things that we see, but be consumed, God, with what you have to say about a situation. I pray, God, for those who feel stuck, for those who feel stagnant, for those who have been hurt, Lord God, by other people in ministry and churches. God, I pray, God, that you will break them free, that you will set them free, God, that you would do a radical transformation in their hearts, in their minds, Lord. I pray, God, that whatever you tell them to do in order to receive their healing, that God they— that God, they obey you, whether it is, you know, forgiving, whether it is, um, you know, seeking out, um, counsel, whether it is, you know, calling a person back and saying how you feel. God, God, your strategies, God, are powerful, my God. And if we do those things in your timing and we obey you, God, we will see a great reward, God, in your timing, my God. And so, God, I just thank you again, Lord God, for allowing me to, um, speak to your people. I pray, God, that, that, that they were edified and they were encouraged and they have received clarity today. Righteous name I pray, amen and amen. So yes, that's all I have. Thank you all so much for those of you who got on. Um, I will go back and check the audio and see what's going on with that. And, um, this is 2Key. This is to be ready for K-U-U-E-N-A-E. I can't, I can't pronounce it. Um, be ready. So, um, you guys have a great day and I will talk to you all next time. Bye. Thank you guys. Bye.
