So I am Sharitta. I am the daughter of Rosalynn Turner, the granddaughter of Ivetta Turner, the great-granddaughter of Frances Richardson. And I come from a long line of pioneering Black women. And for me, what I want to do is to create a world where other Black women, other people that are represented in underrepresented groups or marginalized groups, feel free to show up as their authentic self in a psychologically safe way.
