Hey there, game changers. Shelley here. Taking two minutes to help make sure that you're getting the most out of your professional development efforts. First, we need to start by getting our minds in the right place. So instead of focusing on what should I do, we're gonna focus on what should I be. Alright, now we're in a good place of self reflection. The world of self development, it's exhausting. We're talking about centuries of philosophy, thousands of scholars, massive libraries of resources. How do you know what to follow? And then how do you know which lessons to even focus on? At Mission ambition, we have these same questions, so we're taking it to the pros. Following the guidance of Trull and Carter, this ethics professor and veteran pastor, they're identifying three vital areas of life that ultimately lead to a morally complete person. That sounds like a pretty good goal, doesn't it? To be a morally complete person. These three areas are character, conduct and moral vision. We agreed that each of these elements is necessary and that none is complete without the other two. Again, the three vital areas are character, conduct and moral vision. Stick with me and I'll make sure that you have both the knowledge and the resources needed to come up with one complete life of integrity. That's a hefty promise, but don't worry, I'm not teaching this alone. We're leaning on the experts, so stay engaged. Others over self society with your text messages. That's it for now. I'm Shelley Rude, reminding you that it is important to make time to serve another. See you soon.
