Hey there, Laverne. Here. Question for you. When you think of a leader in the military, do you think of someone who willingly reaches out for help? I'll tell you that during my time in service as an army officer, I was constantly pressured to just figure things out and get it done. And I carried that mindset over into my civilian life. So I fully understand that being a top leader and asking for help can be a challenging and daunting task. Fact is, when you're a leader, it's automatically assumed and implied that you will be there for everyone, all while trying to create this perfect and wonderful work life balance for yourself. Well, that's not always the case. So today I'm here to give you the go ahead and say, what about me? Yes, what about you? The to do list is long, but guess what? You're the leader. And. And the leader is going to delegate some tasks, hire out some help, and even sit back, relax and enjoy a summer drink because the get er done list is now complete. You're a leader. And Major Laverne says that really good leaders ask for help. Be strong and never forget that an army of 10 is better than an army of one. That's all for now. Keep watching for more tips on leading subscribers selflessly. And until then, you take care and support those around you.
