If you have a 12 step morning skincare routine you are wasting your life and ruining someone else's chance to use the bathroom. I'm a board certified dermatologist. Your morning routine needs to stay simple and effective. Four main steps an antioxidant why? Because of the day, the sun, the damage, you name it causing stress affecting our skin to break down faster than we want it to. 2. A targeted serum because we all have problems. Even the most perfect human being has problems. We whether that is discoloration, acne scars, active acne laxity, fine lines, you name it we have problems. Even redness and serums can help target that. Number three A moisturizer. But not for everyone. If you're super oily or even in a very humid environment you can maybe skip the moisturizer and number four the non negotiable sunscreen because without sunscreen all of the rest is just useless. Notice I did not mention cleansers. To learn more watch my newest YouTube video up now.
