All sunscreen haters who just refuse to wear sunscreen. Here are four ways you can protect your skin without sunscreen. Avoid going outside or direct sunlight between the hours of 10am and 4pm because those are the hours where the UV index are usually at their peak and your skin is most likely to get the short end of the stick. Number two. You have a choice to walk on the shady side of the street. There's always one side that's a little sunnier than the other or shadier than the other. Just make sure you do not get mugged in the process or have a friend walking with you. Number three. Maybe you're not into sunscreens, but you are into UV visors and I'm into you. UV visors are a great adjunct to protecting your face and your skin because they block out both UVA and uvb. But just beware, there's a lot of fake crap on the market and you get what you pay for. And last, if you are somebody who works from home or works by a window or drives around all day because that's what you like to do, you can buy UV protective films to put on glass to make sure that your glass is protecting you and filtering out both UVA and uvb. If that's all too much effort for you, just wear the damn sunscreen and let.
