Five point massage for anti aging and also if you just want to relax your face a little bit. So we want to start here. I like to kind of rub it in and then just go like this outwards gently and do that about three to five times. And then here rub it in and then gently glide out and do that about three to five times. The next is the eye. I like to do it with my ring finger because it's a little bit more gentle. Kind of press it in and then get rid of the dark circles and the puffiness and then gently glide. Don't pull, just glide and do that about three to five times. And sometimes I do a little bit more in that area and then move up here in your eyebrows and then do that about three to five times. And you want to glide everything outwards, just gently head and I like to finish it off by like a little tap.
