I'm a board certified dermatologist. And what do we have here? A burn from most likely an ipl. An intense pulsed light. She's going to have some residual blistering that's going to cause some hypo and hyperpigmentation. In the long run. What should she do? BFE number one to minimize the risk of this. Plus a topical steroid to reduce any sort of inflammation. And hydroquinone for pigmentation, plus sunscreen.
