How do you actually treat real cellulitic dimples, which are these guys right here that are puckering down? Well, you break the fibrous bands, and there are several treatments on the market that can do this, but ultimately it comes down to subcision. So when you take a sharp blade and you snap those bands in order to release the fat that's puckering so that it can have a smooth surface. There is a treatment known as Cellfina C E L L F I N A that came out in 2015, which uses a suction cup that suctions your fat up, allowing for the blade to go in and to break the band. But it turned out to be not great because, again, people did not have an understanding of what true cellulite was, and they had a lot of downtime and bruising.
