All right, so let's look at the problem. If you have dandruff, AKA seborrheic dermatitis, you want it something that's going to target that yeast that is building up on your scalp. Things with selenium sulfide, Selton Blue, Parathion, Zinc, Head and Shoulders or ketoconazole, my favorite. You can get it in the form of nizoral over the counter at any drugstore, and it comes at 2% now at 1%, but you can get the prescription at 2%. When applying the shampoos, though, don't just put it on and wash it off like my husband does. It's absolutely useless. Get it in and massage it into your scalp. You can also get these little squeegee things on Amaz on. They're very soft, as you can see. And you can basically, and I don't want to do this, like get it in there and massage your scalp to break up any plaques.
