Derms in U.S. vs. Korea Part 1 #shorts

I have a really hard time trusting dermatologists in America, as you should. And this is no hate to my colleagues in the us. I'm also a derm in the us, FYI. But the reality is, she's not wrong. Why? It has nothing to do, though, with the germs, and it has everything to do with the culture. And what I mean here is in Korea, they've been teaching their fetuses to take care of their skin while they're in the womb, whereas in America, for years, we never put an emphasis on skincare, and it was more like, how do you spackle your face with foundation to fake it till you never make it? And that's the difference. So derms, being a byproduct of society in the us, have focused more on how do you treat it once it's there, versus how do you fix the skin preemptively before your skin gets effed up.
