Is a little. And if you have it, benzoyl peroxide is a great ingredient to add into your routine. You can get it at any sort of Walgreens CVS drugstore. This is one at 4%. Higher isn't better. So 4%, 5%, 10%. It's all the same. If you're sensitive, go for the lighter one. If you really think wrong and strong, go for the higher one, but it doesn't really make a difference. Apply it to your back in the shower, let it sit for one to two minutes and then let it rinse off. I would strongly recommend you keep it in the shower because it's going to bleach your towels. So make you rent. Well, Even they know 10% and 4% are the same because they're the same price. But if you want something cheaper, CVS has one at 12.99.
