By the time you've jumped into the shower, it's going to be ready to rinse off. So rinse off your hair and your face and get in with a conditioner. I like to use a hair mask. This is by Christophe Robin. A regenerating mask that I put on the tips of my hair and then I clip up with a clip while I go to town on my body. At this point, if you're going to shave, go ahead and shave your legs. If you've had laser hair removal, you've saved yourself a step and now we can tackle your body's problems. If you have body odor, benzoyl peroxide, the stuff you used on your face, you can use on your pits to kill that excess bacteria that is going to cause cause that bo. If you're somebody who works out a lot and has buttony, you can use Hibicleans, which is chlorhexidine, a antiseptic wash. Just make sure not to use this near your eyes or your ears, but you can definitely apply it on your butt and then rinse your hands. Now, for body wash, a really nice, gentle one is the Bioderma Adaderma cleansing oil. It is massive. You're going to get a lot of bang for your buck with this one. And this is where I use a physical scrub. Not on my face, never on my face, but yes on my body.
