Why are we still melting fat in our faces? Have we not seen ozempic face? It is real. You will look emaciated. It is not something I recommend. You do not need to melt the fat in your faces the same way I was against buccal fat removal years ago and now it's back in vogue. You should not be melting the fat in your faces, especially around your jowls. The only time you might want to consider doing that is once you have made the conscious decision that you never want to facelift and that the jowls are really bothering you. But yet you still have good skin laxity and that is key and that is for your doctor to really help you assess. Then maybe you can melt a tiny snippet of fat to get rid of a jowl. But if you don't have good skin laxity and you don't want to facelift, do not melt those jowls because you will be an empty sack of like a, like. Like a. Like that sack. An empty one. No cojones.
