I am a 40 year old board certified dermatologist who does use a butt paste cream on her face, but not a hemorrhoid cream. And the biggest reason why you do not want to be using Preparation H around your eyes? Two ingredients. Number one phenylphrine, which is going to vasoconstrict the blood vessels that help prevent that hemorrhoid from bursting and bleeding all over your underW and number 2A steroid. The phenylphrine plus the steroid around the eyes are not going to only increase your risk of glaucoma. Which doesn't sound sexy to you now because you're young and invincible, but as you get older, that shit sucks.
