Shereene Idriss recommends TNS serum and buffered retinols for crepey neck skin. For faster results, she suggests Altera ultrasound tightening or microneedling with radiofrequency like Secret RF and Legend Pro.
Creepy neck. All right. Moisturizing is only going to help so much. TNS serum isn't bad because it's non irritating. It can help in the long run. Retinols can help, but they're going to irritate your neck. So you need to buffer, buffer, buffer, buffer, buffer, and go light, light, light. Procedures that I like are Altera. It's ultrasound, energy, heat. They help to contract and tighten, but we can't go over the midline where the thyroid is. You can also do certain micro needling with heat procedures like the Secret RF or even the Legend Pro, which has less downtime than the Secret.
