Excuse me, I can't do nights if you have perioral dermatitis, here are three quick tips to help change the course of this disorder. Number one, swap your toothpaste for something that is ideally fluoride free and I use Sensodyne because I too suffer from perioral dermatitis. Number two, simplify your routine. Avoid chemical exfoliants, do not use a retinol and if you are using a nasal spray you may want to quit this for a while because steroids can make it worse and instead you want to opt for something like diaper rash cream which is what she has on her face with zinc oxide to help calm your skin. And when all else fails, do not be afraid to see a dermatologist to put you on an antibiotic. And my antibiotic of choice is Cyra. I am not sponsored by any drug company but it is a type of tetracycline that can help kill it pretty instantly but you have to be on it for like a month. Let me know if you have any questions below.
