Cold baths are not my jam, but I took the plunge and I did it for a good cause. Als, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, is a devastating neurodegenerative disorder that affects thousands of individuals and their families around the world. Ice baths are great for helping reduce muscle soreness, combat fatigue, and reduce inflammation overall in your body.

My practice alone. I have two patients with als, and one of those patients just started the Influentials campaign, which is a campaign not only to raise awareness surrounding als, but also to create a constant source of funding.
