Thinking about a lip flip. But your birthday is coming up, and you have to blow out candles in front of a large group of people. I would rethink that. I'm a board certified dermatologist, and this tragedy happened to me. Here I am at my daughter's second birthday, trying to help her blow her candles out. As you guys can see, my upper lip is hardly moving. My mom had to intervene and forget about drinking out of a straw. So when you get a lip flip, you're ultimately paralyzing your muscle on your upper lip in order to get a nice slope, like. Like this. This is before, and this is after, giving the appearance of more fullness. But the reality is, you're paralyzing your muscles. So if you're trying to drink out of a straw, blow out a candle, say hello, or do other things, if you know what I mean, it gets a little bit harder.
