This can happen because of accidental transfer from your hands or your pillowcase. So when you are using topical minoxidil make sure to wash your hands and let your scalp or hair dry before you go to bed or put on a bonnet. Number two. You're going to lose hair and it sucks. But this happens because your old hair in the telogen phase over here has has to come out for that. The early anagen, meaning your new hair growth can come in and stay on your scalp longer for fuller looking hair. Number three. It is toxic to cats and dogs and pets in general. So if you are going to be using Minoxidil and you have a pet, make sure to keep it away from your animals. Wash your hands, especially after using it. There is no safe amount for animals. Last, once you start it, you are married to it for life. It is not a cure. It is a band aid that helps your hair stay stimulated and on your scalp.
