Let us talk Morpheus. Morpheus is microneedling with heat. Needles go under the surface of the skin. Throughout the needles or at the tip of the needles, there is radio frequency heat that gets emitted to allow for some remodeling of your collagen as well as some tightening to occur. It can go up to 7 millimeters underneath the surface of your skin. That is usually the body head. The face head goes down to 4 millimeters underneath the surface of your skin. Why would you want to go deeper? You want to go deeper to melt fat, like submental fat. The silly, stupid craze of buccal fat pad removals, which I do not recommend doing, or jowling. If you're young, I will not melt your fat. If you're older, will I melt your fat is the question. It depends on your skin quality. If you're somebody who's prone to crepey skin, absolutely not. Because you'll get crepier. If you have tight skin and you're older but you have excess fat and you don't want surgery, I'm more open to it.
