Hey Dr. Idris, what are we testing? Well, I'm looking at the La Roche Posay Cicaplast B5 and the first Aid Beauty Ultra Repair. Both of these are marketed as skin protectants because they have dimethicone at 1%. So they can get ott labels as a drug fact. And dimethicone is a silicone that can protect your skin, but they're very different. So this guy is the new guy by First Aid Beauty. It's this one over here. And as you can see it has a buttercream like consistency. So if you're dry and you're trying to face base and let's say you have a wind burn and inflammation, I would go for the First Aid beau. If you are acne oily prone but you can still be dehydrated in the winter because of the heaters and the wind, I would go for the Sikoplast B5 which is this one over here which is much lighter and sheenier in consistency than this. But it also has zinc gluconate which is a great addition if you have acne. Cuz zinc gluconate is a great acne fighter. So I'd go for this if you're oily acne prone.
