So I'm losing my voice, but we're just going to jump into this. Retinal retinaldehydes are one step into converting into the active form. Okay. Whereas retinol with an OL are two steps. So retinals are stronger than retinals. Granactive retinoids is a cousin, it's also known as hydroxypinolcholine retinoate. And both retinals and hydroxypenylcholone are are both very effective. But it depends on the percentage used, the formulation that you're actually using, how often you're using it. But both are great options for acne prone skin if you are more sensitive. I would opt for the granactive form than the retinal because the retinal is still stronger than retinols and if that is not a mouthful, I do not know what is.
