The speaker warns against using harsh, barrier-stripping treatments that can worsen inflammation and exacerbate rosacea, and invites viewer questions in the comments.

It is a little bit more difficult to differentiate the two. But if you have no blackhead, specifically comedones, closed blackheads or tiny little milia on your face. Milia is different than plus tools. You may have rosacea and you don't want to be exacerbating your condition, worsening the inflammation, stripping and breaking your skin barrier even more because you're only going to further perpetuate the cycle and make it worse over time.
