3 Overusing or not using a retinol and this is kind of counterintuitive because if you overuse a retinol, you're going to get inflamed. And if your skin can't tolerate it, inflammation is the worst thing you can do for your skin and your skin tone. But if you're not using a retinol, you're really missing out. So consistency over intensity. Try to incorporate it two to three times a week, at least in your routine. Expecting overnight results is unrealistic. It takes time to reverse the damage, and it has taken years to cause the damage last. Just wear the damn sunscreen. If you have any questions or comments, my newest YouTube video is up now.
