If you're in your 30s, buckle up. Because for years I've spoken about the three peaks of aging, but science has recently proven there's a fourth. No, this video is not meant to fear monger you. I'm a 40 year old board certified dermatologist. My focus is on cosmetics. I've been doing this for over a decade and I live and breathe this shit. But before we get to the juicy part, let's start from the very beginning, which is in our late twenties. Starting in our late twenties, over the course of six months, we notice a shift happening in our faces. Older generations may not have noticed it, but the younger ones definitely do because of social media, iPhones, cameras, you name it. But something happens where our faces start to melt a little bit, ever so slightly along our temples and in front of our ears. The second peak happens in your late 30s or over the course of a month. You notice it more drastically, and I just experienced this, where suddenly we start to notice the appearance of jowls. Our eyes become a little bit buggier and the lateral part of our eyebrows start to drop and our eyelids get a little heavier.
