How to take your feet from zero to hero overnight. Let's go. Starting with these 20 glycolic acid peel pads that I use on my face, I use the rest for my feet. On the heel of my foot, the ball of my foot, and the arch, and between my toes. It helps to exfoliate dead skin cells. I even go up my ankle. Then I use uridin, which is urea. 10. Urea is great at breaking up keratin, especially in thicker plaques on the bottom of your feet. It also hydrates in the process. I forgot to get the plastic wrap, so then I ran down to the kitchen to pick it up, but I nearly broke my neck. So please get this ahead of time because you're going to need it for this step, which is the Aquaphor ointment spray. Better than Vaseline because it gets less greasy and less messy. We spray it all over our feet, on top of the plastic, on top of the bath mat. Then we wrap our feet like little tiny dumplings. They're so cute. And then we finally stuff them in a cotton sock. Now, I pick socks with sayings. This one says, be fucking nice, because why the fuck not? And then I go to sleep and wake up, and in the morning, my feet are buttery and smooth like a baby's foot. Amazing. So if you want a pedicure with minimal effort, I definitely recommend you try this. Let me know below.
